Accueil parfait et souriant, service au top, la cuisine est excellente, produits frais et déco de l assiette magnifique, la carte des vins est très variée, mon choix un pinot noir, bourguogne, rien à dire. Le cadre et la décoration du restaurant, discret, tamisé, musique d'ambiance, tout est réuni dans cet établissement pour passer un très bon moment.
Un excellent restaurant! La nourriture est délicieuse ,les plats magnifiquement présentés et comprennent tous au mojns un ingrédient du terroir. La carte des vins est variée et offre plusieurs importations privées...découvertes à faire. Le service est impeccable et Alex a été de bon conseil. Recommandé sans hésiter!

Absolutely delicious and beautiful food! The elk steak was the tastiest steak I’ve ever had (even better than michelin star restaurants I’ve dined at). Also, I can’t express how good the maple crème brûlée was! Service and atmosphere was on point too! Give it a try!
What a great restaurant, food, drinks and staff were amazing. Staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was at the highest level possible, from offering to customize cocktails, offering quick service and always, always professional and friendly with a smile. This has for sure became one of my favorite restaurants in the province of Québec.
Quite a nice place. Went there with a group of 15 and everyone was quite satisfied. A very pleasant surprise!
Friday July 9th 7:30pm — Overall, great experience. Food was amazing. We loved the cocktails, especially “The Bloody” cocktail, very tasty. Prices were fair. Also, my girlfriend dropped her soup on the table by accident and our waiter replaced it.
However, the wait was a bit long. We had to wait a long time before having any service in between our meals. Seems like there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. Probably the only thing that bothered us, but we really loved our time at La Cuisine.

Very nice restaurant! Food is fantastic I got the elks, and it is cooked perfectly. The other guy got ribeye and looks good. The parnips mash is creamy, and the accompanied vegetables are well done. There is a fern like asphagus-- I would order it just on its own. It was a lovely dinner and atmosphere. Nice place for fine dining and business setting.
