Review Mamma Teresa Chelsea - Chelsea

This restaurant was incredible! Cozy ambiance. Fantastic place if in need of real, authentic Italian food. Reservations are recommended. Friendly staff, wonderful service. I highly recommend this little gem. đź‘Ś

Rushed service, asked for salt never got it. Food was ok but came out so fast it must be pre prepared. Plate looked plain for the price charged. Overall very disappointed specially since the area is beautiful and the restaurant looks nice.

Extremely friendly staff and nice rustic ambience. The chairs are comfortable, the tables are correctly dressed without much fanfare. The food is typical Italian if a bit dated and the acidity is not all that controlled. However these are nit picks as most people will enjoy wholeheartedly without problems. Great place in magical Chelsea!

What an evening! Had the best time at Mama Theresa with friends. Great food, good wine and by far the best waiter I’ve ever had. Thanks Jean-Sebastien for making this night out a memorable one.

Stopped in for lunch after a morning hike at Gatineau Parc. Nice seat on the patio. Great service. The red pepper soup was very good. The penne aribiarrta was good( sorry no picture)

One of the best Italian spots in the area ! Staff are super friendly , fast service , the owner himself walks around and makes sure everything is how it’s suppose to be ! Super clean , big terrace , food was delicious and full of flavour , highly recommend the Cordon Bleue!! Prices were very reasonable for the portion and service you are receiving , Highly recommend this place , definitely be back and definitely worth the drive !

I had the mushroom and ham pasta the portion was a decent size was it worth the price not really, I found the food a bit rushed and plain for the price I paid the whole plate was swimming in sauce I wouldn't mind it if it wasn't so greasy and plain. It did not taste like anything the waiter described it looked like the color of mushrooms but I couldn't taste it. It was just so plain and the ham was tasteless and engulfed in the sauce. I left with a bad after taste in my mouth and my stomach feeling queasy. I wouldst come again not just because of the food also from how overpriced it was overall it wasn't worth the money food tasted bland and plain probably not coming again anytime soon.

We were lucky enough to be squeezed in on a busy Saturday for the best pasta we have had in Canada. Both our plates were fully cleared of all the sauce, it was absolutely incredible. He had the chicken parm and I had fettuccini Alfredo. Beyond blessed to have the opportunity to try this place as a tourist! We are still talking about it weeks later so I had to leave a review ❤️ Thank you and we will come again someday!
