What can I say that hasn't been said already? This is by far my favourite spot in town to sit, do a bit of work, have a great cup of coffee or tea, and get a delicious bite to eat prepared by some seriously talented people. The staff is unfailingly friendly and welcoming -- by now I'm proud to count many of them among my friends. The music is always good, the exposed brick decor and warm lighting is instantly relaxing, and the art on the walls is consistently brilliant. And the food! What a gorgeous medley of flavours, from the morning-till-late-afternoon Breakfast menu to the All-Day snacks and sandwiches, and the daily specials are always interesting, always delicious, always worth a try.
If you're a visitor interested in checking out what Charlottetown has to offer, or else you're a local looking for a friendly spot to hang out for a while (and maybe even do some networking while you're at it), this is it. You've found it. This place makes me glad I chose Charlottetown to plant roots and call home.
What a great little coffee house. Found you after we landed in your lovely city. Airport, hotel and then you. First was a coffee. What a great coffee. Second was coffee and brownie. What a great brownie. Then was breakfast...OMG! Eggs cooked perfectly along with bacon that was crisp but chewy all at the same time, dam good home fries and brioche toast. But wait, it gets better... Banana bread french toast topped with bananas and candied walnuts. Outstanding!

We came here twice- once for coffee and dessert and the other for brunch. We had been told Mia Casa was the best spot in town for brunch but we highly recommend this spot instead! Great service by young friendly staff.

Receiver was our pitstop everyday before our trips to the beaches.
We had the chance to work from there a couple of hours and was amazing (note: my partner and I are certified baristas, and trying local roasts are our thing when travelling, you will not be disappointed).

We come here often, 1-2x per week. It’s quite busy on weekends, especially in the winter when folks come in for a nice warm coffee and treats. All the baked goods are excellent! Breakfast is really nice with a great variety. Huevos Rancheros and avocado toast both rock. The coffee is locally roasted and always fresh. We love this place. Hip music and and a warm vibe. Close to other eateries and places downtown. free WiFi... and the serve regional maritime brews and drinks as well.
Great spot for relaxing and enjoy the morning especially at a rainy day! Ordered the 'budget' for breakfast which taste good and their coffee was awesome as well! Highly recommend to everyone
A solid coffee shop! The location is central, the ambiance is cozy, and there's plenty of space inside on both floors. The coffee is tasty and decently priced, service is fast and friendly.
Cozy spot with great ambiance!! Coffee was crafted with love and sandwich likewise. As a side note the seating was uniquely arranged to suit coffee consumers to their mood...
