Very enjoyable dinner. A trip to Trough is worth it just to try their creative take on bruschetta. Must have dish. The only knock was the menu on their website wasn't updated. We started the night quite disappointed as the website menu had a few dishes we were very excited to try. But thankfully we still enjoyed our dinner. Canmore has some great restaurants and Trough is one of them.

This place was amazing. From the moment we entered you could tell that they really cared about the dining experience. Each of us ordered separate items and all were delicious. They have the most amazing bruschetta - you will want to order it! The drinks were delicious and I have never seen cleaner stem wear. All this points to the restaurant's focus on detail. Go here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

We loved this restaurant quite a bit: cozy and rustic, with fantastic food. Flavours tied very well together from start to finish through each dish. This visit saw beautifully fresh food with touches of earth and smoke. Recommended :)
