Everything was just right! Even when we didn’t get the right food, the staff took care of it immediately, and gave us complimentary desserts! The food was tasty and you feel like you got your money’s worth. Definitely recommend!
If you’re looking for a fun date night, or a night out with friends, look no further than their cooking class! The food was delicious, we took away so many new kitchen tips and Patrick made the whole experience that much better. Thank you Patrick, Rose and the gang at Risposta for a great night.
Great location easy access to Hwy 401. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The food was delicious. We enjoyed a french onion soup 🍲 and Ceasar salad with home made dressing (hmmm mmmm good) and a Land and Sea appetizer. Nice small portions, perfect for one. (Not for sharing) they offer a nice wine 🍷 list and full bar with some beers on tap. Very nice service, friendly and smiling. Nice to see staff faces again. The prices here are at the higher end, drinks $10 each. Appetizers $25-$30 each to give you an idea. We enjoyed our last and will be back another day for a full dinner. Their food looks amazing. Pasta dishes, seafood and more .
Myself and my girlfriend dined at Risposta Bistro on Tuesday evening and wanted to take the time to share our absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, Tyler our waiter, was knowledgeable with feature cocktails, wine pairings, food choices, and even convinced us of some delicious deserts even though we were so full. A true professional at his job. The vibe was wonderful inside and although it rained, the outdoors looked lovely with the lighting, etc., which we will want to experience when weather allows us. A bit thank you to Tyler, he made the experience that much better, and kudos to the owners. A wonderful experience, excellent food, and delightful drinks. We will for sure be back with friends and family and will highly recommend Risposta Bistro to all.
This is a hidden Gem in Campberville, just west of milton close to the 401. Fairly easy to reach from KW, hamilton, or the western GTA. The pizza is ok but I would recommend going for one of the other main dishes. The burrata was fabulous. The gnocchi in a creamy mushroom sauce was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Most of their ingredients are from their own garden or local farms. Therefore they always rotate dishes and the menu changes fairly regularly. Pasta is made in house. Their patio is very nice and covered in case it rains.
Staff were super welcoming. Food was fresh, flavourful and local. Beautiful venue and the outdoor dining area is well done. Music was so me, I was convinced it was my playlist, Latino music!!! The vibe at Risposta Bistro is great and I highly recommend.

Elegant and classy restaurant with a charming and unique setup. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Our requirement of a vegetarian pasta was accommodated with ease.
Pat and his team have managed to capture fine dining with a casual atmosphere perfectly. My fiancé and I have been waiting to attend post travel restrictions and we were not disappointed. Food was fresh, flavourful and local, drinks equally delicious, pared well, and prepared quickly. Risposta has a great venue and the outdoor dining area is very well done. We ended up staying here for several hours chatting with staff and exploring the property where they have a chicken coop, greenhouse, and unique displays on front lawn. It’s nice to see and know exactly where your meal is coming from!
