I have dealt with CR Auto Centre many times. I have also known the owner for 27 years and can say he is an honest reputable good guy. I have never had any issues and always trust their honest opinions and diagnostics of any vehicle I take them. The do things on time and the pricing is honest. I will continue to use Patrick and his staff going forward!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had issues with our brakes and were staying at a remote location with limited service. We had our truck towed to their facility, they fixed it and helped arrange towing back to where we were staying. Because we didn't have much phone service we really relied on these guys a lot. Patrick was great in communicating with us when he could. He spent lots of time on the phone with our insurance company trying to arrange the towing. They went above and beyond for us. I would recommend them to anybody needing service work done. They were truly outstanding.

Needed a quick inspection before driving to Ontario in a 2006 Toyota Matrix. Tayler squeezed me in the next day. Tyler then did the work, pulled all the wheels to check brakes. Checked under the hood and did a road test. $34.31. What great value and super friendly. I have heard nothing by but praise from relatives who are clients.

Unbelievable service. Stranded from out of town Pat got me back on the road in 3hrs. Major issues that could have been dangerous to continue driving. Cost was more than fair. I was recommended by two different locals, very glad I took there advice. Transfer Case.. Thanks a Million Pat!!

Service service professional/ and personable/ busy place but booked out a week in advance. Upon check in Pat Berrevoets took down my issues and advised they’re on it. I had been recommended to the Campbell River Auto Center by a friend and very happy with the service/ and fairly priced. Thanks Pat and I’ll be back in the future.

I went to a different automotive repair shop in Campbell River and got an incredibly expensive quote that was far beyond my budget and seemed very unreasonable. A very close friend of mine recommended Pat and his team to help repair my car! I was able to get my car in relatively quickly and for an excellent price. The brakes work perfectly now and I couldn't be more happier with the results.
