Review Pizza Pizza - Cambridge

The order was placed online. There was a good deal. We had the pizzas delivered. We ordered two large pizzas and some dip. The delivery driver was friendly. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious.

This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I attempted to order a large cheese pizza at 12:15am last night, they told us that our delivery would arrive within 50 minutes or else it was free. We never received a call confirmation of our order until we called back multiple times where we were hung up on several times. Finally we were told our pizza would arrive in 15 minutes when another hour passed without pizza or even a phone call. We attempted to contact again 12 hours later and were hung up on several times after being told that the “driver attempted delivery” when we have VIDEO PROOF of no car or driver attempting delivery to our house. We were hung up on many times by the customer service and were completely refused from getting our pizza for free after it is in their policy that we receive our order within the said time frame. We received absolutely nothing 12 hours later, no pizza or even an apology for providing such terrible service. This was a horrible waste of my time attempting to purchase from this business and I would give 0 stars if there was that option. Do yourself a favor and go to the Domino’s down the street!

I just ordered a pizza and it came with the wrong toppings. I called Pizza Pizza customer service to see if I would be refunded, they called this location to check and the store told them to refund me $4.00. I persisted and customer service told me the store stood firm on a $4.00 credit, and that I’d need to drive to the store to speak with them directly. If the store responds to this and says “we have no record of your order” it’s because someone else ordered on my behalf. Just a heads up to people considering ordering a pizza from this location, if this is how they treat customers I’m guessing the way they run things behind the scenes (cooking and cleaning) is just as poor.

I ordered chicken shawarma pizza from Pizza pizza Jesper, Cambridge. First of all the call centre lady was hardly able to understand english. The pizza is too much expensive, that’s ok but it came cold. That is not acceptable.

🍕 I actually ordered my pizza over the phone and they only have 1 line to take orders in? I am not sure. Here’s the reason why: 1. They will start by asking with the phone number. 2. They would ask which location im calling from and if i want pick up or delivery. 3. I asked for pick and she asked me which location i would like to pick them up and I chose this location (Hespeler road) . Therefore, they maybe have a hotline for taking pizza orders over the phone and then let the stores know? I am not sure. 🍕 The lady who i was talking with is shouting over the phone which is not really pleasant to hear. ( I am not sure if she can hear me or maybe it’s noisy on her work place that she have to shout. She doesn’t seem mad, she’s just shouting on the phone which hurts my ears.) 🍕 15 - 20 minutes wait time for picking up my order is not bad. So i went over the store and while waiting outside for my pizza, i saw the delivery guy carrying the box of pizza diaganonally, So imagine all the toppings on that pizza going all in one side or maybe the toppings are in now stuck at top of the box. 🍕Anyways, their pizza is good and crusty when newly cooked ofcourse. The dough is not overly thick and i like it.

Had a great fresh pizza, but customer service could have been better

These guys doesn't even deserves one star. I order pizza and put note that last time pizza was cold so please deliver hot and fresh. The old man delivery guy came and started arguing with me and told me "don't order delivery if you get cold pizzas". Are you serious? Is this the way to talk to customers? Very rude and arrogant old man. Can't believe such a shameless customer service

I came around 11pm on feb 25th, found the most coolest white guy on shift, he was friendly and honestly grants great service. Although this isn’t the closest pizza pizza to us, meeting this guys and his service is worth the few minutes of drive. Will come back because of him for sure
