I ordered chicken shawarma pizza from Pizza pizza Jesper, Cambridge. First of all the call centre lady was hardly able to understand english. The pizza is too much expensive, that’s ok but it came cold. That is not acceptable.

1. They will start by asking with the phone number.
2. They would ask which location im calling from and if i want pick up or delivery.

These guys doesn't even deserves one star. I order pizza and put note that last time pizza was cold so please deliver hot and fresh. The old man delivery guy came and started arguing with me and told me "don't order delivery if you get cold pizzas".

I came around 11pm on feb 25th, found the most coolest white guy on shift, he was friendly and honestly grants great service. Although this isn’t the closest pizza pizza to us, meeting this guys and his service is worth the few minutes of drive. Will come back because of him for sure
