Thought we check out the pizza of the day at BP. It's 8 inches and dine in only. The other 10 $ combo was little dipper. It was half a sub with beef.. au jus and horseradish. It was pretty good albeit small. The small price matches the small portion. Pizza of day at pizza hut is a better deal and if you can get a really good pizza hut location we would say it's a better bet. Service was friendly and a little absent.
Came here for some lunch while shopping at cross iron. We got in right when it opened at 11 am and we sat in the lounge which was in the very back. It was quiet with no kids and it was not too busy only about 3 tables. Service was prompt and friendly. I was craving a perogy pizza so I got and indy one. It was delicious and I think BP has some of the best pizza! I love the crust.
This is one of the best Boston Pizza locations! Excellent service, great for children (there's a balloon guy š on Saturday nights), and the management is incredible. They actually care and go out of their way to make guests happy. Very impressed with the service!
Food: same as every BP's everywhere but worth it if you have kids.
Been to this place a few times when it wasn't overly busy and it was not too bad. The servers had to be reminded a few things which were missed but the food was pretty good. I would avoid it on the weekends because if the line ups.
My wife and I had lunch in the lounge, it happened to be Pasta Tuesday, we had Jambalaya and Mediterranean pasta and we shared a starter Caesar salad; both dishes were delicious and the service was excellent.
Went in on a Wednesday wings night to watch the Bruins take a 3 - 1 series lead over the Leafs. Saw their pizza burger on TV so many times I figured I had to try it. It was actually pretty decent. Not much in toppings, but the beef was definitely juicy. Had double baked honey garlic and spicy thai wings for the first time (as opposed to being fried) which were also the best I've had in a while. Our server (Alex) was also a treat, really attentive and pleasant. Now that I think about it, it's probably the best BP I've ever been to. Chalk it up to hiring good staff. Thanks!
It was amazing experience here. Drinks are food were delicious. We orders the veggie pizza and the new Parmesan fries are must try. Also there is new drinks on the menu which are worthy as well. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.
The best experience Iāve ever had at a restaurant. Brooke is the best server Iāve ever had. She was super accommodating for requests such as moving me to a less busy area because I have a fear of germs. She was extremely friendly, and always checked in to see how the food was, and to refill my drink. Food tasted great, and the price was reasonable.
Their fries were surprisingly decent, Iām always skeptical of ordering fries because so many restaurants donāt make it crispy or it comes out soggy.
The food was pretty good, my only complaint is that they ran out of ginger beer. But stuff happens and thatās understandable. Staff were pretty nice, I wouldnāt mind coming back again.
Dined at Boston Pizza Crossiron this evening. I have to say the food was exactly the same as every other Boston Pizza. Well done Mr. Treleving!
Our server Gracie was phenomenal. Outgoing, happy and efficient despite seeming to be left all on her own by her manager. One server for the entire lounge that was 80% full including a large table of what seemed like staff heading for the stampede. Gracieā¦ youāre awesome. Management needs to do better to support their employees.
Went to Boston pizza with the family, they were quick to seat us and brought a baby chair for our littlest one.
Our waitress Kaitlyn was such a pleasure, she was great with our kids and was always on top of brining the drinks or tending to our needs.
Even the manager Alex stopped by to check on us a gave pleasant table side talk.
What an amazing experience with great food, great service and the great Boston pizza experience youād expect.

We hadn't been to this location, so we wanted to see what it was like. We were greeted by 5 friendly faces as we walked in. Jaya was our server. She did a fantastic job of making sure we were well taken care of. Jaya was professional, friendly, personable, and vivacious. She made sure our food and drinks were to our satisfaction, and checked in on us, on a regular basis, to see if we required anything else. Everything was delicious!
Nice restaurant for a meal inside Crossiron mills. First impression, it is huge and it has lots of seating capacity with bunch of TVs. It has a separate bar area and regular restaurant area. I went there with my family. One odd thing happened was the waitress never informed us about the separate kids menu despite our struggles through the regular menu. I expected more engagement from witing staff. Food was another story, it was awesome... hence 4 stars. It was a wait but well worth it. We had spinach and artichoke dip, chicken and veggies bowl, chicken tacos, club sandwich with some drinks. Everything was super tasty except the spinach and artichoke dip was too salty. Overall a good ambiance and good food!
My husband and I stopped in here after a busy day and we were both pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and efficient. We ordered a large half and half pizza, and this Jalapeno popper dip which was freaking amazing with a nice little kick to it. Definitely going back.
Absolutely outstanding service! Are hosts new was Chloe and was lovely, she got us anything we needed with a smile on her face! (Donāt see that too much anymore) the food was impeccable. 10/10 would eat here again!
My family enjoyed an early dinner at Boston Pizza CrossIron. We had a wonderful experience, greeters at the door were quick to seat us and very polite. Our server Quinn T was also fantastic. She was very prompt with bringing beverages and refills. She was also very friendly and recommended desserts. Food quality was also very good. Family had a very nice, enjoyable dinner.
