Mmm...Ginger Beer. Caribbean Choice Food catered lunch at work today so I was happy to see it was a chance to try something new. The Jerk Chicken, Curried Beef and Brown Stew Chicken all had good heat. Nothing was dried out and the meat wasn't tough at all.

The Ginger Beer was also surprisingly good. Sweet and refreshing as you were drinking but as soon as you stopped, the ginger in it gave a spicy hot aftertaste. It was really weird feeling that takes your tastebuds on a wild ride. Give it a shot if you've never had it before.

Very good for take out. I imagine it would be even better if you ate there and got everything fresh out of the kitchen.
