Been here a few times, the food and service have always been great. The lunch menu is $20 per person which I think is a great value for all-you-can-eat, especially for sushi! The dinner menu is more expensive but it also has more food options. I can eat A LOT of food so it's nice to go out to eat and never have to leave hungry with an expensive bill. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
All you can eat sushi is the way to go in my books. You spend way less than you would at an al La carte. This place has pretty solid sushi at an all you can eat decent price ($18 for lunch). I really like their nifty and convenient iPad method of ordering. The spicy salmon rolls were my fav.
Always a quick in and out of fusion for their all-you-can-eat lunch special. Love that you can order on the IPad so the service is swift. The sushi always fresh and delicious and of high quality. Can't think of a time I ever walked out dissatisfied, would highly recommend.

Went here as per a friend's recommendation and also because we wanted AYCE sushi. It's ~$28-30 per person for dinner AYCE and they do charge for tea (~$2)
The restaurant is big did get pretty loud during dinner time but I didn't see it as a bad thing; I found it to be great and lively!
We were seated and introduced to the ordering system which is on an ipad. Interesting concept and very convenient in comparison to the traditional paper & pencil. You can order anytime, as many items as you want, or even one item at a time. This gives you time to look through the menu while food will keep coming out! It also saves you from ordering TOO much which is always a problem for me when I'm eating AYCE haha!
Now for the food. They have Thai food on their menu so we tried a couple - pineapple fried rice was pretty standard but their Tom yum soup was REALLY good for AYCE. I didn't have high expectations but it was nicely sour with some spice.... yum. I've been to Thai restaurants that failed at Tom yum so I'm happy that Fusion, an AYCE, makes it so good. If there's something that stood out to me during this visit, it's this soup so PLEASE try it out!
Everything else we ordered was pretty standard but those that need a mention are as follows:
Tuna sashimi was quite disappointing because it doesn't melt in your mouth and didn't seem very fresh.
Mountain roll is kinda unique.
Beef tataki was disappointing because the ponzu sauce was sweet! It's supposed to be sour but theirs isn't..... bleh.
Dessert menu is extensive and the ice cream was really good. Deep fried banana is worth a try but I found the banana to be too ripe & soggy.
Service was great and prompt but our orders took quite some time to come out of the kitchen.
Love, love, love this Fusion location! They have the quick and easy iPad ordering system, great interior, and amazing sushi. The lunch all you can eat is perfect, and the evening menu adds even more, like sashimi and salmon roses. I often just order straight off the menu without doing the all you can eat, which works out great for me. My favorite is a miso soup, green salad, salmon sashimi, salmon roses, and salmon avocado rolls.
This is an all you can eat buffet. The lunch menu has some limited choices, however the dinner menu has a lot more options including sashimi. What sets this spot apart from others in similar category is that each dish is very nicely prepared which means yes, smaller portions but you can have a lot more tasty eats to try. Friendly service, not much interaction as you order off an ipad. Very clean and modern atmosphere.

The food was fair and good! There was so many options served in cute sampler portions!
I ordered 13 different items. The best was the mango roll. I loved biting into the roll and experiencing this citrusy blast of mango, complimented with a cool mango sauce, and a nice creamy touch of avocado. I like the seaweed hand rolls too. Garlic beef cubes were tender and great!
I would recommend before the promotion is over. Order as many apps, entrees, desserts you want!
