So much food! We paid 57 bucks to feed an army. So many leftovers. They certainly don't rip you off here.
We got the ginger beef, dumplings, salt and pepper squid, shrimp fried rice and chicken chow mein. While it wasn't the BEST Chinese food I've ever had I will certainly be going back. Everything tastes so fresh, ginger beef was incredible. I would say they need to make their squid a tad more crispy.
The lady who took my order was very nice over the phone and when I paid she was all smiles. This place definitely deserves a higher rating on here!

Good change. 3 months ago found out that Ginger beef express changed new owner. We tried 6 times during hockey games season. Good food, even I requested no MSG. Food still good.

Even gave me some Chinese Tea leaves for free. So I could enjoy a completed Chinese Dinner everytime.
Best service I've had in years. They are the friendliest people that work there. The food is what we always expect and is above average for sure. When you're craving traditional "north American" Chinese food. But their service is the best!!

Mmmyummmmmm. I just ordered the Prawns & Meat with Vegetables on Sizzling Rice and it is mmmmmmgooood! I work in a shop beside this location and I have met the new owner a few times but today is my first time ordering since the Pizza 73 guys are usually pretty generous with some free slices now and then. I was craving something fresh-er, which is why I was hesitant to order any take-out at all, but I'm PLEASANTLY surprised. The broth is nice and 'zing-y', the meat doesn't resemble the mystery meat I'm sure we've all experienced once before, the shrimp are perfectly pink and the rice was was soft and flavorful as soon as combined. The veggies are wonderful in my mind, not too raw not too mushy. Carrots, peas, snow peas, baby corn, celery, broccoli! Nothing about it is over or under done. Not the dish for you if you're craving a ton of meat or salty fried goodness, but being a Chinese take-out place I'm sure you can find something ;)
Plus free loose raw jasmine tea as a nice bonus if you go pick it up.
For only 10 bucks there's enough food here for lunch again tomorrow. New owner, new vibe. I would order again.
Wow. just wow. ordered here numerous times, but the first time i tried sweet and sour pork here. Which was amazing sweet and sour pork. good amount of crunch, meets great taste. The color of the food doesnt look orange like some other chinese take out places. Appetizing color and great taste. the ginger beef is good as always, hence their name of the business. This is where ill be headed next time my wife doesnt feel like cooking, and says were ordering take out. thanks again
