Hitting The Sauce

The shallot sauce was sweet and light, with a zing from the green onions. The batter was crunchy and withstood its saucy bath. The chicken wasn’t greasy or as heavily battered as Popeyes. Long after we demolished the chicken, L would take his spoon to taste the sauce.

I love fried chicken. I’ve eaten at wow chicken and olive chicken. I think this place might be the best value for quality and quantity. They have a good varietal of flavours and spices too. For $30 we got two half portions. Two of us couldn’t finish our food. Looking forward to going back!

Very friendly service and great food. The Sun du bu (spicy tofu soup) was excellent! We had a half order of sweet chicken and a half order of spicy. Both were crispy and delicious but I preferred the spicy. We will definitely be back.
