Restaurant itself is a dump, but who cares when you have fried chicken that's this good! Fries are pretty awesome too. Forget KFC, smokehouse is the place to go.

The best chicken in town....pressure-cooked-deep-fried-awesome-chicken!....
Ya, the guy running the joint isn't the nicest at times and the decor isn't the prettiest, but its all just part of the show....he's much friendlier to me when i come in with my Mohawk tho.
Definitely will return again & again.

It's a hole in the wall, but serves great food so get over it. Smokehouse Diner is always a great stop for lunch when I am in the area. I really like their chicken - I have yet to find a better piece of fried chicken in this town yet. I especially like the chicken here because even though it is fried, there is not a lot of grease due to the broaster style of cooking.
