Had lunch at Mr Schnapps Sept 4th, excellent food and service. New owners are doing a great job. I had pizza and it was excellent, lots of parking. Give it a try.
I went here with 6 family members including my 15 month old. The staff is so friendly and nice! They brought my baby out some fries and gave her a little toy.
Onto the food, I got the canneloni. It was very good. Lots of cheese and spinach. A few others ordered the steak and both were done just as they asked. The potatoes were also something that stuck out. Very good the way they did them. Nice garlic flavour.
For the quality and portion the price is great. I had leftovers and could have easily made two meals out if what they gave me. For the record it tasted just as good reheated the next day. I would recommend and definitely go back.
Fantastic. I am very fond of this place. I stopped in for a quick dinner, the food and service were great! The place was super busy. I am allergic to pretty much everything , so the server brought the chef out to I can ask what he puts in the food. I was pleased to find out that all their sauces are made in house . I will be going back . As for the other reviews on here, I would do not understand yor negativity as I did not have a bad time there.
Dinner saturday nights. We have been going into schnapps for dinner here and there for the last few years,Gus is amazing, the food is always good , if not GREAT, the service is above and beyond expectation. we were just there last saturday and were pleasantly surprised to see one of our favourite servers back again (Kirsten) very glad to see she not only remembered us BUT our drinks! amazing food and amazing service once again. Best wishes with your schooling Kirsten. We will definitely be back
Best in town!. I love the Dry Ribs here!! I went in the other day for a pick up order, my order was done right on time, and the server was very polite. They have also done some renos, and the place looks great!
Great!. My husband and I went there for dinner last night. It was very busy, and yet the service was great, food was on time, and great! We ordered the calamari appetizer, which was excellent! We both ordered the Ribeye steak special. Let me say, I have never had a better steak anywhere else. We both loved it. We will be back! This is hands down our new favourite place!
Wow!. This is for sure the best food I have eaten at a restaurant. I will for sure be back, even though I live on the other side of town. Great, friendly and fast service, and great prices as well. I highly recommend Mr. Schnapps in the NE.
Family Favorite, Great Steak :). I've been to this restaurant many times with friends, family, and on dates. I've been coming for years and the food has always been consistently good. I've been a couple of times where the service was less than great but now that they've got some new waitresses in there it seem's alot better :) I was here yesterday and we ordered the pita and thaziki to start, the thaziki dip was fresh and delicious like always but i found the pita lacking flavor and a bit too much oil on them for my liking, usually they're more garlic and parmesany. I ordered the Schnapps steak sandwich, medium with vegetables and salad. I love the steak here!! its always fresh, tender, spiced to perfection and cooked right everytime. not too expensive, great atmosphere, timely service and meal preparation make this a great place to enjoy with the family or friends, they also have a bar too but i dont go over to that side :) cheers
The one in marlbourgh... NE Calgary is amazing. Ordered for delivery and was delivered very quickly and was hot and fresh and cooked just the way we asked. Love it.
