My wife and I came by for our anniversary. The waitress Helene was great checking the food for allergy content and was uvery friendly and outgoing. She was very busy but still looked after our every need. Our food was excellent as well. A great night made better by our visit to Applebees
Great food , great specials and a relaxed atmosphere. Our server (Helen) was excellent with her prompt polite courteous service. Definitely go back and enjoy it all another time.
Very good burger and fresh salad also the waitress was very nice really professional answered every question we had. Go there again for sure
In my opinion, the food at Applebee's has gone downhill. The food was without flavour. We had the 3 cheese penne and the appie platter with chicken tacos, dumplings and wings. The service was pretty good other than taking awhile to get the bill.
Lots if seating and great for watching sporting events because you have your own speaker to tune into the different tvs. Average dine in experience for a reataurant chain. Staff was friendly. Dinner for 4 with their specials came in about $20-$25 a person with no alcohol. Ask about the extra charges in condiments
Overall the meal there was good. The food was surprisingly enjoyable, the service however was not very reliable. The waitress would hardly every come by and it seemed completely uninterested in checking on us. Would go again and hopefully get a different waitress.
I don't mind this place. It's nothing amazing. It's a place to meet up with a bunch of friends. Food is ok, service is ok. I'd choose this over woody's pub.
Excellent Server, Good Food. I don't really understand the negative reviews for this restaurant but I will give you my experience I had tonight.
Went in tonight and had a great server that was on point in refilling our drinks and offered suggestions on what to try for appetizers and entree's. I find the food great, they have a great selection that I appreciate more than what Boston Pizza next door has to offer.
I tried one of the Sizzler options that came out nice and hot with great flavor while my friend had the Fiesta Lime Chicken which was also a hit.
Overall I will be back, the prices are reasonable and the server was amazing, great place to come for a casual meal.
Its okay. The food is pretty good. The burger is something special and the "big" salad was also good. The appy/entree/entree deal is always good too. I am surprised the rating is so bad. I mean its not gourmet but we didnt have a bad experience.
Great Food and Service. I've been avoiding this restaurant because of all the negative reviews, but today we felt like going somewhere new so I went anyway (without high hopes). We were seated and served promptly by a fantastic waitress, Alisha. The food came quickly and exactly as ordered. Everything was hot, tasty and satisfying. I overate because the meal was so tasty. Dessert was also prompt, hot and yummy. Our server even topped off my salsa when she packed up my food. I will definitely go back to Applebee's in the future.
Very good family restaurant. We always enjoy the menu at Applebee's . all of the main dishes are a must try !
Is the customer ALWAYS right...?. Luckily the second time I encountered a certain act of unfairness here, I didn't actually EAT anything. And I've visited this establishment before, but I can't exactly recall what it is that I ate! Not a good sign, guys! Anywho, I clicked the "like" button cause I, personally, had a positive experience at Applebee's. The service was satisfactory and personal, the food was quite tasty (though a little soggy come to think of it) and I've always been partial to the overall appearance of Applebee's. It's not exactly perfect, though. 1. They cut off the meal deals a few minutes early and 2. They refuse service if you arrive too late. May seem like a minor flaw, but people leave angry so they must be doing SOMETHING wrong. I'll give 'em another shot though. It's not like Applebee's is NOT trying.
