I was there with a regular for a late breakfast on a weekday. Can't say I had any complaints. We were well served by the waitstaff and our food came out promptly. The restaurant itself is clean and pleasant. I've been to a few different locations for this chain and so far they all appear consistently good. My only surprises have generally been pleasant ones.
We were in a hurry, and received prompt wonderful service. Good food at decent prices, although we were shorted a piece of bacon.
An outsider...?. ...I guess I am. Because me and my eating partner never once experienced any of the negative rituals other patrons were forced to deal with. Well...I didn't care for the girl who seated us but the girl who took our order and delivered our meals was friendly, prompt...we were served instantly. No issues at all there! I gotta admit, though, that there was a dead spot that we had to face after we ordered our food. But it's not like I haven't experienced THAT song & dance before anyways. And our drinks were not required a refill. Got the food. The portions were substantial. It is possible the food was pre-packaged but I couldn't tell for sure. My partner, however, claimed that her burger and fry order to be "the best she's ever had for a while" And I've eaten here before and had no complaints what-so-ever. Maybe I'm low class or something...I dunno...the place is nice the food is good...*shrugs*
The new management has made a big difference in a good way.
