Picked up dinner from here tonight. The gentleman working there was friendly. Ordered their curry chicken vermicelli soup. It was nice and fragrant with a decent amount of spice. Husband got the beef and chicken satay sub with all the toppings. Didn’t realize hot peppers meant whole Thai chilis. Was far too hot for him so will get without next time. All in all we would come here again.

Absolutely love this place! Been ordering the beef satay pho from here for 2 years now. Friendly staff and great food. It’s definitely our go to Vietnamese spot!

The food was great ! Best Vietnamese place ever !! You have to try it. Great service and great food.
I eat there all the time now and I wouldn't go anywhere else !

Glad to have found a good viet place in McKenzie towns area! Broth is pretty tasty, and you can tell it's not full of msg or anything too salty. Vermicelli was really good too. I got the charbroiled pork & spring rolls and they weren't dry or over cooked, and had good seasoning on them. Will definitely come back again!

I've been all over the city trying different beef satay pho and this is one of the best I've found! I would highly recommend a lunch or dinner stop at Hong An.

Soooo good! I come here all the time for the soup... especially the satay beef soup. They also have great subs and bubble tea. The avocado bubble tea is weirdly good! Great staff and service.

PHObulous - best pho in town. My husband and I came in for pho and vermicelli house special. Both were fantastic. You can tell the broth is naturally sweet from the bone and beef, not from msg. All meats and spring roll from the vermicelli are to die for, yummy... Service is super friendly and fast. Nice and clean... Can't wait to come back and try other foods with friends and family... Good luck!!!

Really good and fresh. The Chef is absolutely adorable and they don't mind catering to my spice level demands (extra hot for a white lady, are u sure?!?!) great service, very clean and really good spring rolls! Very generous on the bahn mi!!! Glad someone good opened in the neighbourhood!

Work at a store in the area, so happy to have excellent vietnamese just around the corner. Always delicious! Consistent quality! This is hands down the best vietnamese food in south calgary

My husband & I visited the Hong An Restaurant recently in McKenzie on 130th Ave and found the service, food & atmosphere was excellent.  Also pleased the food is prepared without MSG (known to cause health issues). Since we have been associated with their culture since sponsoring in 1979-1980 and have also visited Vietnam, we feel very pleased to recommend this restaurant.  We wish them every success for the future.
