Our dinner experience at Purlieu was first class. The service and atmosphere are lovely, it feels like very authentic French cuisine. My Arctic char entree was so well cooked, it was incredibly tasty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a slightly more upscale French bistro!

I am 71 and have been enjoying French Cuisine for about 50 years. I have dined in some of the Finest Restaurants from Montreal, Paris, Europe and Africa. Tonight I had dinner at Purlieu for the first time with a friend. I will Rate it as Follows: 1. Tartar = 4 Stars 2. Escargot = 3 Stars 3: Lamb = 2

Excellent food and customer service. Yhe lamb was just amazing. The calamari was great.

Went here for an anniversary dinner and it was wonderful service and really tasty food. My partner kept saying how flavourful the broth was for the mussels (also generous portion size!). We enjoyed the calamari and beef tatare, was fresh and nicely seasoned. My duck confit was good! Such a great gem

Went here tonight for my wife's birthday. Excellent all around. Great atmosphere, incredible service, excellent food. And doesn't totally break the bank. We'll be going back often. So rare to find a place like this in the 'burbs.
