From the moment we stepped in the door, the evening was perfection. Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, anticipatory, we were never “looking” for him, he was always there just as we needed him. The Ambiance was beautiful cosy yet elegant. And the food…. The Food was on another level, each flavour stood out on its own while complimenting the rest of the dish, the steaks were the best I’ve ever had, my husband’s Boar was beautifully presented. The Tomahawk was a showstopper, the chicken and the gnocchi every dish was beautiful and well enjoyed. Flores and Pine, it’s Staff, it’s Food beats anything Montreal or Vancouver could provide
My Favourite restaurant by far… there are no words to describe this place. It is simply the best at everything….They have the best ambiance for a romantic night out and the most amazing food, the steaks will just melt in your mouth they are that good😍!!
Can’t WAIT to go again, and to hopefully one day host our wedding celebration there 🙏🏻😇😉!!
Wonderful place for a special occasion.
The atmosphere is perfect with relaxing music that is at a level that makes visiting easy. Not loud or overwhelming at all.
Lots of seating inside and some on the patio weather permitting. Great opportunities for pictures.

Our food was very tasty and the highlights included:
. Amazing honey on the grazing board harvested from hives ON SITE.
. The option for dairy free dinning allowed us both to enjoy our meals without feeling like one of us compromised.
. Seasoning on the cauliflower steak was amazing.
. Chicken was flavorful and juicy LOVE the thyme jus.
. TRY TRY TRY the 99 Latte or Espresso with dessert absolutely made the meal.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here on Sunday for my dad. Michael and the team at Flores and Pine went way above and beyond to make the night memorable and make us all feel special. From birthday cake for the birthday boy, learning a little history about the place, to tending to our every need and request, there was so much effort put into making our night truly special. This effort did not go unnoticed or appreciated. Also, the food was wonderful! I had the half chicken and the portion was very healthy and flavor was great. I highly recommend Flores and Pine.

This place is amazing. We enjoyed a wonderful meal with our best friends. We had the calamari and perogies/meatballs for our appetizers and they were excellent. We ordered the tomahawk to share and it came with everything. The service was top notch from the time we walked into the door until we left. This is a recommended to go here over and over. We loved it so much.
An absolutely gorgeous place to dine. The appetizers were delicious - we had the CALAMARI and FRESH BURRATA (highly recommend!). Both were with their gluten free option which were delicious. For mains we had the SCALLOP & PUMPKIN RISOTTO, CITRUS & SAKE GLAZED COD, WILD BOAR CHOP, and the ROASTED EGGPLANT 'FORNO'. The scallop and pumpkin risotto was beautifully flavoured and the cod cooked to perfection. The boar was cooked to medium with incredible flavour. The only main I was not super impressed with was the eggplant - they tried to make it in a "meat" way which honestly made it less appealing. I would have liked if they kept the natural vegan aspect rather than trying to make it more like meat. For dessert, the tea came in a very cute tea pot. We also had the cheesecake and although the presentation was excellent was a bit too dry. Otherwise highly recommend all the other dishes we had aside from the eggplant!
The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. Eating gluten-free and dairy free is not a problem. Many options. Great ambiance and I hope that there are some nice desserts for me, next time.
