From the moment we stepped in the door, the evening was perfection. Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, anticipatory, we were never “looking” for him, he was always there just as we needed him. The Ambiance was beautiful cosy yet elegant. And the food…. The Food was on another level, each flavour stood out on its own while complimenting the rest of the dish, the steaks were the best I’ve ever had, my husband’s Boar was beautifully presented. The Tomahawk was a showstopper, the chicken and the gnocchi every dish was beautiful and well enjoyed. Flores and Pine, it’s Staff, it’s Food beats anything Montreal or Vancouver could provide
My Favourite restaurant by far… there are no words to describe this place. It is simply the best at everything….They have the best ambiance for a romantic night out and the most amazing food, the steaks will just melt in your mouth they are that good😍!!
Can’t WAIT to go again, and to hopefully one day host our wedding celebration there 🙏🏻😇😉!!
Wonderful place for a special occasion.
The atmosphere is perfect with relaxing music that is at a level that makes visiting easy. Not loud or overwhelming at all.
Lots of seating inside and some on the patio weather permitting. Great opportunities for pictures.
The serves was very nice.

Our food was very tasty and the highlights included:
. Amazing honey on the grazing board harvested from hives ON SITE.
. The option for dairy free dinning allowed us both to enjoy our meals without feeling like one of us compromised.
. Seasoning on the cauliflower steak was amazing.
. Chicken was flavorful and juicy LOVE the thyme jus.
. TRY TRY TRY the 99 Latte or Espresso with dessert absolutely made the meal.
