One of the best pizzas in Calgary. Great selection of ingredients for the build your own pizza. The service is fast and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely come here again!

Blaze Pizza is not excellent pizza by a long shot, but nonetheless it's a very good pizza, with fresh dough and ingredients: every morning they mix and make the dough, and twice a day they chuck out all the ingredients to be replaced with fresher. As well, they temperature-test ingredients throughout the day to make sure you don't get nasties.
So why is Blaze good? You can make your own pizza, and get any amount of your favourite ingredients on it every time, and for only $13. Who could ask for more...?
What else is good about Blaze?
The staff are friendly and for sure will try to make you happy.
They've gluten-free dough, and the staff will change their food-handling gloves just for you.
They also serve 3-4 salads that will bump up your nutritional desires.
And ask for bbq or olive oil sprinkling, and aragula topping after cooking.
They've got take-out boxes and Skip the Dishes for those who don't face the winter cold...
A serious downside?
They've got no decent tipping system! This is so dumb, but I guess the owners don't want to make sure their help is happy. After all, in this expensive city what sometimes separates living at the poverty level from doing okay are monthly tips. Come on, Blaze, surely this is simple to implement! And your people deserve it!
So if you like certain ingredients and don't want to pay $2 for each extra topping and end up paying $22, try Blaze and be pleased. If you don't like something, just say so.
Check it out, everyone, cos I bet 8 out of 10 customers go back over and over again.
Had lunch here with my daughter's sports team. The make-your-own pizza made it easy to get something that everyone liked. They didn't have any problem with the sudden influx of people and kept all of the orders straight. The interior is also pleasant.
A good choice of toppings made it easy to build a good pizza. I had a Caesar salad and made a Greek-inspired pizza with spicy sauce, feta and Gorgonzola cheese, chicken and bacon, olives, artichokes, roasted red pepper and garlic, red onion, basil and oregano. I like the thin crust, which is typical of authentic Italian pizza.
I think the pizza is really good, tastes so fresh and it's nice being able to see the ingredients so you know it's all fresh. Only downside is I've noticed that they cheap out on the cheese. I'll keep going here though, the price point is good and it's a good size.
I actually really liked Blaze! I didn't have high expectations going in, but oh my the amount of toppings you can choose from and the thinness of the dough was phenomenal all for such a low price. The pizza size was so filling for an individual. I will definitely come back when I need a quick pizza fix that's delicious!
Came here because I got a free pizza coupon. Got the build your own pizza on high rise dough. They let you pick any toppings you want. It was pretty good and not a greasy pizza where you feel gross and sleepy after.
Great pizza for great value! You can't beat $11.65 for unlimited toppings on a pizza made with delicious dough. The service was friendly, quick and the pizza was delicious!
Build your own pizza is amazing with no limit on the number of toppings for the same price. Staff is very friendly and give recommendations as well.
I’ve read the few reviews that are out there for Blaze Pizza and I have to say I agree to disagree. Now it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but for the price – you really can’t beat it. It’s $11.65 for whatever you want. In Calgary where even the most basic of meals are $20 – I don’t think there’s really a better deal for decent pizza.

Blaze had a grand opening with free pizza for a full day ! Line up was huge but the staff remained very Professional and friendly ! What a beautiful building too, lots of natural light ! The pizza is great (build your own) with Delicious toppings and cooked in 3
Minutes ! My favorite was the kalamata olives, roasted garlic, artichokes, pesto, spicy red sauce and many cheeses.

Best thin crust I've had in Calgary. All the more impressive watching the man rotate the pies and crank em out of the fire oven. We'll l be back!
I always get the "build your own" pizza which is a really nice size and you can decide what you want on there. They have variety of sauce bases, meat, cheese, and veggies. The best part is once it's ready they garnish it with a few different sauces of your choice and then it's heaven on earth. The guys who work here are very polite and always make the best pizzas. If you haven't tried this place ypu are missing out for sure.
Pretty cool little spot and the staff is really amazing. They make custom order pizzas in a wood burning oven and everyone seems to love it.
Pizza here is awesome!! It’s absolutely delicious!! Why 4 stars? Well even though they offer gluten free I don’t think they are quite careful enough. I watched what I think is the manager go from touching flour to making my Gluten friendly pizza and I had to ask him to start over. I think it goes without saying that one shouldn’t Need to ask for less cross contamination. Do not recommend for celiacs. Otherwise everything is absolutely delicious!!
Double check your pizza when picking up an online order, ours has been wrong multiple times! Otherwise, good pizza, with good topping options, and reasonably priced.
Good place to go for a quick bite. Features build your own pizza and has vegan options as well.

Delicious pizza made in front of my eyes with extra bonus toppings at the end. I like the two toppings ng with bacon and sausage, the arugala and Ranch as bonus toppings. It's big enough to share but it's so good I always get my own. The lemon-aid is a great addition on a hot day.
