I went to Bolero Restaurant on Sunday July 30th as part of a group for brunch and I have to say the food was delicious and wonderful to say the least. One person was seriously allergic to citrus. She advised our server and asked if any of the food items at the buffet or the meats brought around to our tables contained citrus. Moments later the chef came out with a BIG binder and started going over the ENTIRE buffet and on the tour advised what can and can't be eaten. This went so above what I would have expected and want to give the biggest compliment to the chef and to Bolero. The food was beyond awesome and our service was great. But the customer service of literally a walk through the buffet with binder in hand was customer service at its finest and deserving of a white hat award for customer service.

Amazing food great service and atmosphere...the Fresca bar is a great starter, the meat is very succulent and full of flavour...authentic Brazilian at its finest...go on an empty stomach as you will be full afterwards
I've had their buffet and it's sooooo much variety! Various kinds of flavours will visit your table and you're gonna wanna try them all. Love the wines and desserts as well. Kudos and Cheers!
All of the servers and waitresses were helpful and super friendly. The salad bar and hot foods were very good especially the beef stew. We enjoyed all of the different meats, breads and cheeses. I would always recommend Bolero to anyone who asked.
This place is absolutely incredible! Iāve been numerous times and itās always been a fantastic experience! I wouldnāt make any big plans for afterwards though as youāll probably slip into a meat coma and break into the meat sweats!(if youāre a gluttonous savage like myself) The selection of meats they bring around are all delicious, the salad bar is pretty good(whoās coming for salad anyway) and service has always been excellent. Highly recommend! I canāt wait to go back!
First time and it was terrific. Great service, great selection. The pineapple is so delicious and the top sirloin awesome. Don't be afraid to try the habanero pork. It is spicy but not off the chart.
I have been to many steakhouses across Canada, USA and Mexico and this is one of my favorites. My supervisor asked me to recommend a place for a visiting colleague and this was my go to.Ā The reason? Quality meats without being overburdened with sauces and spices. I actually don't know if the beef is local, but given the high standard of beef quality in Alberta, this is the reason I send people here. I didn't look through the reviews already but if you have never been to a Brazilian steak house, be sure to try the grilled pineapple. As some have probably mentioned, this is a fairly expensive place, appropriate for entertaining clients, birthdays, and other corporate events.Ā I don't recommend this for a date night unless you and your date can show restraint because you will likely over-eat.
If you're a meat and steak lover like I am this is the place to go. Go light on salad bar unless you're a vegetarian that came to a meatertarians paradise. Bacon wrapped items amazing. Parmesan pork tasty but dry.. But understandable as pork needs to cool longer. All the steaks are on point. The pineapple is an absolute must. If you love meat especially red meat this is the place for you. End of story.
Really fun and different dining experience! We had never done Brazilian BBQ before this. We didn't have appies, but tried all the meats and three desserts. The highlights were the grilled pineapple, the bacon wrapped sirloin, and the coconut creme brƻlƩe! Unfortunately there was a table of large people beside us and the meat servers kept going to them before our little table of two so we missed out on seconds of our favourites because the skewers were emptied by the other table.
Having dinner out for a friends birthday, we sat up on the bar level. Service was once again spot on for Bolero, meat was cooked well and served frequently. Our server was quick with drink refills and cheese buns. Definitely coming back here again!
Bolero is an excellent restaurant to go to if you want a variety of meat. The ambiance, environment, staff, and service is excellent. Our waitor made sure that all our needs were met, he was not pushy nor repitive.
The meats were very tasty, however the flavors were quote minimal, there was only garlic, Parmesan, and salt & pepper flavors. I would have liked to see a combination of simple seasonings to more complex flavors that compliment the meat taste.
The cold/hot food side bar was excellent, there is a variety of salads, and sides that cater to vegetarians, vegans, sea food lovers etc.
For the price you pay, it is worth to check out. I reccomend this place for the hot/cold side bar, variety of meats but not flavors, service, and environment.
Love it here! My go to place when my boyfriend & I plan a date or are just craving red meat. The meat is seasoned very well, also good selection for the salad bar too. Great service here! I have never been disappointed. I hope they keep up the great work. No complaints! Good job Pampas!
This place is a real treat for a special night out! We came here for my birthday and wow the service was amazing! The price to bring kids is surprisingly fair and not expensive, so don't hesitate to bring kids. My 6 year old loved the place. I found some of the meats were better than others but the food came fast, often and hot! The drink menu had some good choices. The Brazilian lemonade was delicious! I guess the only thing i was missing was some sauces for the meats. But we still really loved it. The pineapple is to die for!

Wow wow wow!!! Lovely place, the service the food. Only positive things to say about this place, definitely an experience. The best thing to do is to basically pick the $49/per person option on their menu, basically you get to try a bunch of meats I believe there are around 14 varieties of meats you can try from one of them is like caramelized pineapple (so good!!!) . There are also some meats that we can try from the buffet. They also had this fish stew, I donāt normally like fish but the stew was amazing the fish was so soft and tender. I really just enjoyed my experience there, all the staff was really nice including our waiter he was very very kind. I would recommend this place for anyone having a birthday for any kind of celebration. Iāve never had Brazilian food before I think itās worth a try for anyone who hasnāt tried Brazilian food before. Definitely a meat eaters locational so I donāt know much about the vegetarian options. They did give us these really tasty vegan cheese bites things that was really good ! Also the dessert. āTres Leches Cakeā 10/10!! A little heavy but we took the rest home to enjoy.
Service was great, food was great, there was an abundance of eat items that came often and quickly. This last visit was a birthday and our server was amazing, polite, responsive, and more than on top of every aspect of his role. Would recommend this place to anyone who lives meat, make sure you are hungry when you go and don't shy from the buffet of other foods either! Pineapple.... Amazing

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I have been coming here for years and there was definitely a missed presence felt during the pandemic and we are so happy they are reopened! Had a birthday dinner here once again. The staff are next level, the service is next level, the food and drinks are next level. This is an absolute diamond in the rhinestone world of Calgary restaurants. This place is not understaffed which is a rare thing to see nowadays so clearly the owner is doing something right to keep everyone happy! Great job Bolero team!
Outstanding food, but even better service. Setting is intimate and lively. Staff do a great job at keeping patrons well fed, as they should! Salad bar is well stocked. Suggestions from staff for menu options led us to this awesome pan fried cheese, a must-have! Great work to everyone on staff. We will be back!
We had an incredible night here tonight. The service was unmatched; every staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. Our server was great, he was always around and checking in on us to see if we needed anything, despite how busy he was. The bartender was particularly impressive. He was going non stop, making drinks of all kinds, but despite that he still took time to bring us straws in case we wanted them and cameout from around the bar again to fill our glasses with the jug of sangria we ordered. The food was also amazing and just as impressive as the talented staff. 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommend.
