My fiancé and I ate here this past Friday evening and had a wonderful experience. We spent a couple hours enjoying drinks and then our entrees. The food was excellent and the drinks were great. The best part of the experience, however, was our server Jamie. She was one of the best servers I have ever come across. She was enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. She had perfect timing throughout the evening and made all of the menu items sound delicious. We will definitely be back!
Bartender was amazing, service was impeccable, drink was impressive and snacks were tasty! Highly recommend this place for a special outing, or just a unique drink! First time having an Old Fashioned, which my Father enjoyed occasionally, and definitely won't be my last. Thank-you, Brent Sopher, for taking me there!
Really good food burger and fries to the next level and incredibly good service. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and the table side old fashioned with her telling whiskey stories was fun and delicious. Definitely try this place you will go back!
My wife and I went here for our anniversary and had a Fantastic time. It was nice and close to out hotel as well as others. The staff were Awesome and very knowledgeable. The food was very good and good portions. You have to try an "Old Fashioned" here if you like the drink. It was by far the best i have ever had. Overall Great staff, Great Food, Great drinks and good atmosphere. All around a win and cant wait to return again.

The waiter here are very knowledgeable about the whisky, and give very good recommendation about wide variety of whisky that they offer. In addition, all the waiter here are super nice and friendly, give out all these drinks because the drinks took longer than normal. One time, our friend came pretty late and hungry, and the kitchen is already closed, and they offered the free snack for us.

We each had a burger 🍔, was super delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed trying out different Old Fashions, cool that they are made right in front of us ! An enjoyable relaxing experience, our server Taylor was super!

I has the best old fashion of my life here. Thanks for all the info from the server was a awesome guy. I wish I remember his name to give him props, there where quite a few old fashion drinks had by all. I look forward to making my own bitters and trying to make the drink at home.. Sugar = raw sugar
Bitter = whiskey barrel

I'm staying at the hotel for a conference and stopped in for a cocktail the first night.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
My martini was made exactly as I asked and the bartender was very accommodating.

So I stopped in again for a nightcap and went with a Smoked Old Fashioned with walnut, Maple syrup, Aztec chocolate Bitters and Knob Creek Bourbon.
Unbelievable evening. Oren and Luke are just fantastic people first and foremost but rock as servers. Great greeting when arriving and drinks/food suggestions. The night was just amazing and the standard of service that we received is the benchmark. We will be back with service that most places would envy.
I've been wanting to try out @One18Empire for the longest time, and finally got a chance to do so this past weekend.
We had a lovely family brunch with some pretty good food!

🍗 ᴘɪʀɪ-ᴘɪʀɪ ꜰʀɪᴇᴅ ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ ꜱᴀɴᴅᴡɪᴄʜ ($21): Be warned... this is a huge sandwich! It comes with house-cut sea salt fries, house made piri-piri sauce, smoked sweet pepper aioli, pickled cabbage slaw on a brioche bun. We quite enjoyed this! The chicken was nice and crispy and well seasoned.
🥗 ᴏɴᴇ18 ᴋᴀʟᴇ ᴄᴀᴇꜱᴀʀ ($23): The brown butter croutons are so so good! I was tempted to ask for them as a side :p! We added chicken to our salad and it was perfectly grilled. Great healthy option!
🍔 ᴏɴᴇ18 ʙᴜʀɢᴇʀ ($23): Another huge burger! The patty is so fresh! They grind the meat in-house which is what makes it so fresh and yummy. I also loved the smoked cheddar, you could totally taste it!

Dine in dinner: chicken burger appears to be a solid choice in terms of value, taste and presentation. Everything else ordered had some shortcomings. Brussel sprouts, good but looks blasé. “Wagyu” Beef tartare; high expectations came up short when it was served over burnt toast and indiscriminate aioli sauce. Foie Gras Pate: good but only two pieces of oddly accompanied corn bread. Confit duck wings; all 5 pieces were drum sticks!

Another weekend, another brunch. This time at a spot where we’ve never been to before. However ever since I’ve heard that they serve Brant Lake Wagyu 100% halal حلال beef, I wouldn’t wait.
🍳 Brant Lake Wagyu Hash Eggs Benny
Taste: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
Now this is how you cook a perfect eggs Benny. They were poached perfectly (unlike another place been to before) and the beef, potato and hollandaise combination was great. The beef was more like pulled beef and it worked very well with the potatoes. Only thing I might see would be that I would’ve preferred some kind of bread under the bennies.
🍳 Chef’s Special Croissant with Brant Lake Wagyu
Taste: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
Now that’s how you make a perfect breakfast sandwich. It is offered with eggs and ham in the croissant but we substituted it with Brant lake wagyu beef since it is halal. This was a really good combination and the croissant was gone in seconds 🤣.

First time experience watching the smoked glass created in front of me! Came from the recommendation of Google and was not disappointed at all! World class burger, and unique take on the Old Fashioned cocktail. Bartender was absolutely fantastic and very upbeat staff.
Ok, this is a bit of a classic hotel bar restaurant. The staff is very good. The food is very, very good. Had both breakfast and dinner there. Definately worth stopping by if you are in the Marriott
We had Christmas drinks with our company here, and was impressed by the service..which was awesome considering there were 20+ of us. The staff kept us in drinks without missing a beat. The old fashioned was excellent but had to have half sweet. We each had a starter, a meal and a dessert. All three were outstanding. I had Duck legs that were incredible, and the hanger steak was one of the best I have had and ended it all with the sour cherry cheesecake.....also incredible. Thank you to all the excellent staff..looking forward to seeing you again soon.
