Fairly typical IHOP, a bit bigger than some. Fully accessible (I use a scooter). Friendly, attentive staff. Full IHOP menu. NOTE: This restsurant has a large number of regulars, that ought to tell you something.
Absolutely love this place! IHOP splashers are too good.Choose the Philly cheese steak stacker for brunch. That's a personal favorite. The ambience is great, the staff are courteous and I'd visit this place again for those yummy pancakes. LOVE ,LOVE, ABSOLUTELY LOVE IHOP!!
Went here yesterday after a bit of shopping in Tommy Hilfiger. Got New York cheesecake pancakes and Hazelnut Mocha Latte (weird name). And absolutely lived it! The pancakes are amazing as well as the drink was superb. The server told me the French Vanilla counterpart of the drink is even better so maybe I will try that next time.

We (daughter and I) were up and out early this Sunday morning, heading to New Westminster. I suggested a decent breakfast would be a good way to start the day — the nearby IHOP restaurant was chosen as our go to place.
I ordered their ’quick 2 egg breakfast’ (with scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, and whole wheat toast), and she ordered their ‘2x2x2’ (with scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes). Plus, coffee for two. It was good … and sure ‘hit-the-spot’.
Bright, clean and tidy restaurant, friendly service, and well-prepared food and coffee - IHOP provided an enjoyable breakfast dining experience.

Cheap $4.99 breakfast. Went in for a quick cheap breakfast before a conference and it didn't disappoint. Had 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon/sausage, 2 buttermilk pancakes for $4.99 with the purchase of a beverage (I had one of their specialty coffees, which had a little bit too much caramel in it for my liking. Nevertless, this is the best deal I've seen at IHOP ever. Portion looked relatively small, but was quite filling. Service was also very attentive and pseudo friendly, albeit somewhat forced (my server was most likely around the same age or a few years younger than me), but liked to use dear and hun a lot. The only thing I found disconcerting was the syrups seemed "old." I took the opportunity to try all four syrups (old fashioned, blueberry, strawberry, and butterscotch pecan/caramel), and it seemed like the blueberry, strawberry and butterscotch pecan were difficult to pour and almost chunky (kind of gross). Stuck to the old fashioned. Still $12 including tax and a $3 tip is solid for a breakfast.
Good service. Good food. It's in laugheed mall so I can enjoy my weekend brunch with friends/ family and go shopping or something too.
