this place caught my eye saturday. something told me to pull in.
i did.
my first thought was,”korean pizza?”
hmmmm......that’s a first.
i ordered capicolla, shrimp and pineapple. sweet with heat. try it.
anyway.....took a bit long for a thin crust in a domed oven....but not too bad.
and it was REALLY good. crust is spot on.
will be back.
I work nearby to this establishment and love going there! The owners are so nice and the food is quite delish! LOVE their caesar salad - I do not care for the hard, crunchy parts of the lettuce and the lovely owner makes my salad with mostly just lettuce - so caring! My mother is also going through a serious health issue and the owner always asks how she is and to keep praying! They are the kindest people and I love how they treat their customers! Just awesome!
Love their Thin Crust Pizza. Took us a while to try out this pizza location, we have been looking for a thin crust pizza in N. Bby for some time now since our last restaurant with a wood fired oven closed and is now a sushi restaurant ( like we need another one) Anyway about the pizza. We went on a Tues and they have large special for $16.99 on Mon and Tues. we got the ham and pineapple and added mushrooms to try it out. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the restaurant is clean. Loved this pizza the crust is not salty, very thin with the right amount of crunch, the cheese and toppings were plentiful and not a lot of extra crust as ingredients were all the way to the edge. He told us it would be 15 min and it was a short wait for a great pizza.
This is our new go to pizza joint. You are not paying for a full restaurant here and I think that helps keep the prices reasonable.
Great to have in this area. Ordered a couple of pies at this new spot. Thought the crust was quite nice although some might feel it is too dry. I like it a little dry (and airy) actually, but not too dry that it doesn't meld well with the sauce. The ones we received here were bordering being a bit too dry in my opinion. So it's up to one's preference isn't it? One pizza was really good and the second one could have been too if it weren't for the red peppers that were slimy and kinda shriveled. Were they put on the pie frozen? I would complain that they were skimpy on the peppers as well, but since I picked them off, I guess it wasn't so bad.
We're gonna come back hoping for small improvements on those veg toppings. Overall, good and non-greasy pizza! : ) On a non-food note, I think that their branding and logo is appealing as well. They need to consider staying open past 9:30pm Thurs-Sat however.
Great hand made pizza!. The long wait for Opening Day was well worth it! The pizzas were great, and watching Steven, MiOk, Grace and all the team at Rolling Dough Pizza craft all the different pizza pies was "art in motion".
