Review Myst Asian Fusion - Burnaby

Hands down the best Chinese/ Taiwanese late night go-to. Pros: 1. Widest range of dishes I've seen so far. 2. Most of the dishes I've tried are actually authentic, including desserts!! 3. Super friendly price! 4. All staffs are super friendly and the dishes was served quickly! 5. Spacious dine in environment with huge TV. Cons: 1. Parking lot is tight and single-directional, yet street parking is accessible. *Probably just 10% of the dishes are vegan/vegetarian friendly just by observation.

A nostalgic spot for Taiwanese food. They have a really, really extensive menu so it was hard to choose what to get. You press the button for service and the servers are quite quick. The food also came out very promptly. We got a few dishes to share. My favorite was the popcorn chicken. Truly fried and seasoned to perfection. The beef noodle soup and fried rice were both very delicious as well. The seafood laksa wasn’t very great - the one at deer garden is better. It tasted a little pasty at Myst.

This place is amazingly good. Reminds me of a bubble tea place but slightly elevated. They have a variety of dishes to choose from and their menu can be a bit overwhelming. They do have chef’s recommendation menu and have a look around to see what others are ordering if you aren’t sure what to get. Best to break down what you want ei 1 carb/1 meat/ 1 veg dish etc. The fried rice and the beef broccoli was a bit bland for our tasting. Good atmosphere and attentive servers. It’s our new Asian food hang out.

We came here for lunch on Chinese New Year. After we settled into our seats, we spent a lot of time looking at the menu, which was as thick as an encyclopedia. It had way too many selections and often confusing combinations. We finally decided on Thai style sesame boneless chicken steak with noodle, beef noodle, and northeast sour cabbage hot pot. Beef noodles were just OK, the Thai chicken was tender and very flavourful. The sour cabbage hot pot was delicious, but the portion was so small. Overall, it was a good experience.

You get what you pay basically. All of the items are mediocre but they aren’t tasteless or greasy. The sausage and deep fried tofu are dried, the beef from beef noodle is tender but lack of flavour, the marinated dish is nothing special but considering the price, it’s actually pretty decent. Will probably come back to try other stuff when in town.

It's great to have so much to choose from the menu, it's almost overwhelming... but so far food has been great. only done take out here, but everything has been very fresh and impressive!!!

Went on a weekday evening with a group without a reservation. The wait was approximately 15-20 minutes and they host gave us a menu to view while we waited. Once seated, the staff gave us time to peruse the menu and order when we were ready. Ordered the Taiwanese rice bowl with pork and chicken and stir fried house noodles with beef. Both dishes arrived relatively quickly and were well-prepared. The flavour of the rice bowl was great. Very savoury and filling. Split between two people, there were leftovers. Staff were accommodating in splitting the bill and did not rush us to leave. It is a bit pricier than the standard Chinese fusion restaurant, but would recommend a visit when your party has a wide variety of tastes. The menu is extremely varied and serves many different flavours.

So much selection. Good food. Service is so so. Forced us to pay and leave shortly after finishing our desert. Stated that dine in was limited to 1 hr.

Really love Myst! They have an extensive menu so there is something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. They are open really late and their takeout is fast and quality is just as good as dining in. <br/><br/><br/>Full review on my blog: https://sincerelyloewe.com/myst/

MYST Asian Fusion Restaurant is a full-service restaurant with a comprehensive menu. Even though they label themselves as Asian Fusion, they are actually a Taiwanese restaurant. I like Myst because even when they call themselves fusion, they don’t serve anything they are not good at. For example, you will not see ramen or sushi here. Regardless of them calling themselves “fusion”, everything you see on the menu is quite authentic. Myst is located on Kingsway near Gilley Avenue, Burnaby.

I was here 6 weeks ago and again today for lunch. Somehow they changed the menu and the food has gone miserably downhill. The price has gone up across the board. It is such a disappointment. Will not go there again. Don't waste your time and money - NOT WORTH IT.

Since my first post, we have tried many other dishes and brought my mom here, so I thought I would do a revisit post for other dishes we have tried.<br/><br/>The menu at Myst is pretty big, spanning many pages! If you&rsquo;re a fan of Taiwanese/Chinese/Hong Kong style food, there is definitely something for your appetite.

Ordered pick-up: prawn skewers and House Special noodles with vegetables, and requested Shanghai noodles instead of egg noodles.  No discount for pick-up, in fact I was mocked by the hostess for even asking.  Paid $5.00 for a prawn skewer that had three small, dried prawns.  Paid $11.00 for a small plastic bowl of egg noodles (didn't give us Shanghai as requested) that had three tiny pieces of old, shriveled broccoli.  Would never go again.  With all of the surrounding competition (1000 Chinese restaurants within a three block radius), save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Video review on youtube: vancity food crew myst asian fusion restaurant<br/>.<br/>As a fan of Taiwanese food, I have been looking for a crispy chicken nugget and noodle combo. I finally found it at Myst, as other places usually do fried rice or noodle soup only. I got the house special noodles, with crispy salt and peppery chicken. It was a tad on the pricier side, so was the avocado milk I ordered, but large portions for the price. The food tasted good, I would return.

Went to grab takeout at around 6 and the place is packed with a crowd at the waiting area. Food is generally done well and given the lack of Taiwanese style foods in the neighborhood, there is a very healthy demand. Prices are a bit on the higher side for this category of food and parking is at a premium for this restaurant. Solid eats if you can get a seat!

Honestly not sure why there is such a hype for this Asian fusion place. They have a huge menu and covers many kind of Chinese food (including Hong Kong style, Taiwanese, Shanghaiese... etc). I would personally say none of them were cooked to perfection. They should just pick one and do it well.<br/><br/>We ordered some from their chef recommended items, such as the beef noodle and the deep fried basket. We were fairly disappointed with their food. This might be a nice place to chill with bubble tea. However, I dun see myself coming ever again for proper meal.

Myst Asian Fusion Restaurant is located on Kingsway in between Gilley Avenue and Griffiths Ave.  It is very close to K-Mix Karaoke.  Parking is extremely limited.  <br/><br/>It is a great place for dinning if you finish shopping or after watching movie at Metrotown.  It has great variety of choices on their menu from noodle soup, hot pot, congee, and up till dim sum.  The orders came out lightning fast.<br/><br/>We tried FRESH Taro Smoothie.  It is only $0.25 more than the regular taro smootie.  We also tried Matcha Ice Cream Smootie added glass jelly.  If you don't know what to pick, you can even customize your own drink.<br/><br/>Highly recommend their smoothie/specialty drinks and their soup noodle.  Yummy!<br/><br/> Food: 🍽🍽🍽🍽Should Try! <br/>Service: 👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳<br/>Price: 💲💲$30-50 for two (dinner)<br/>Presentation: 📷📷<br/>Parking: 🚗<br/>Explore the menu:  FRESH Taro Smoothie, Match Ice Cream Smootie,  Uchikinoki Ice Cream Parfait, House Special stir-Fried Sliced Noodle with Seafood, Taiwanese Salty Peppery Chicken, MYST Triple Beef Noodle Soup with Rice Noodle, Laksa Rice Noodle with Hainanese Chicken,  Oyster Pancake<br/>Tips:<br/>📝 accept cash and debit <br/>📝 suggest to go early for dinner<br/>📝 suggest carpool with friends or park down the street<br/>Would I Return: Yes🙋

Myst Asian Fusion is a rather large size restaurant on the far East of Kingsway.  It’s mostly a Taiwanese inspired menu but their menu is very large with things like Hong Kong Style food, Malay food. We got there early Friday for dinner at about 5:30 and didn’t have to wait for a table.

So I went to go see my friends from high school the other day (that's them in the pic.) Wait...how is this news? Cause yours truly over here hasn't seen any of her high school friends since 2013, having deleted all of them off of facebook post-grad (I'm ruthless I know.) Well more like, I didn't want to deal with any residual high school drama so I simply cut ties with everyone.
Yes. We,re Eating Again.
I've been wanting to go to Myst Asian Fusion for a long time! Beware of their parking lot though! If you enter from the wrong end (use the eastern most entrance) you will be in serious trouble. Amazingly, street parking is free! Inside, despite arriving just after noon on Saturday, we were seated right away by an efficient, friendly and very busy server. It is a sharp, modern looking place and our table for two against the wall would have been perfect for a couple that did not order too much but for us it would prove to be challenging. The second challenge would be deciding what to order. There is an extensive menu of mostly Taiwanese style items but reaching a bit with items such as the Soup Dumplings that we ordered as an appetizer. Here, I found myself giving in to the fusion theme as ordinarily I would only order this in a Shanghaiese restaurant (Really? Am I such an expert? Hardly. In reality, I think anyone can prepare and serve anything they want but I still lean towards ordering what I feel a place might be best at.) Still, these were not bad. There was, of course, a tasty little meatball inside, soup was present, and the noodle itself held everything together nicely. Not the best Xiao Long Bao that I have ever had but pretty decent. And now Laksa in a Taiwanese restaurant! Marie loves laksa. She felt like this one needed a little salt and we both agreed it could have been a little richer (like more coconut milk) but again not a bad effort. The egg in the soup was curiously fried rather than boiled but it worked. As part of a combo, she had the Deep Fried Salty Peppery Chicken and this was very good (and almost always present on a Taiwanese menu). Crispy and yet moist inside and a generous portion. I had a combo with Xinjiang Lamb with "Caraway" Sauce. I believe there is some sort of translation issue with caraway and cumin (it is the same at Bubble world). This is not lamb with caraway (which might be pretty interesting) but cumin. I expected that and got what I was hoping for and it was also very good. A nice little punch (I tend to slide the dried chilies to the side so I don't sweat all over the furniture ) and strong cumin flavour. Served with rice, a very nice sort of mild Kimchi salad (not sure what they call it) and noodle like strips of greens that turned out to be some sort of seaweed. I usually enjoy nori and most other edible kelp but this one tasted a little too much of the beach for my inexperienced palate. And my partner loves bubble tea! this one was Taro Slush with Bubbles and amazingly little bits of actual fresh taro were detectable in the mix. Points for that! You will not be shocked to her that we had food to pack up for later. This was not cheap. I can't pin point the cause but it was about $10 more than I expect to pay for Taiwanese lunch. Service was nice, we were comfortable enough but I'm not sure Myst is up to the hype it seems to be receiving. Don't get me wrong, I would come again but its not number one on my list.

Myst Asian Fusion served a wide selection of popular dishes from Taiwan, Hongkong, and China - some of them inspired by the food at night markets. <br/><br/>The interior is well done, clean, and modern. The seating area is comfortable with large TV screens and nice accent lighting.<br/><br/>As for the food, we ordered several dishes but it was a hit and a miss (mediocre) - however generous in portion.

If your looking for a bubble tea place with good value and good food, myst has been by far the best I've seen so far. This location back in the days use to be, "lesters." A family friendly arcade centre. I've spent quite a few quarters and loonies here playing my favourite games.<br/><br/>The renos are done very nicely. It's brightly lit up with a comfortable environment. There's alot of room here and if your familiar with how much this space has, the kitchen area is incredibly huge. The cooks in the back are lucky to have so much space.<br/><br/>To the food! They have a seafood laksa on the menu and I ordered it with vermecilli noodles. It was absolutely delicious. I was so blown away by how a bubble tea place nailed a laksa down, seriously. Sweet, salty, creamy, savoury. The broth packed a punch of flavour. Best of all, they loaded this bowl up with a generous amount of seafood. Btw, if your not a seafood person you have the option to have chicken or vegetarian.<br/><br/>My girlfriend ordered the Taiwanese beef noodle (not soup noodles) with pickled cabbage. She loves spice and she told me that this dish has a good heat, very balanced. They also gave a generous amount of meat.<br/><br/>This place was so good we returned 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. I thought I'd try something different. I got the hainese chicken combo dinner and man, that chicken is prepped really decent. Again, blown away.<br/>Another day I tried their myst beef noodle soup. That was incredible. The broth was very clean and savoury. I get really annoyed when a Taiwanese broth is oily, but the beef broth on this bowl was so good.<br/><br/>This place does get really busy. I really recommend reservations. Parking fills up quickly as well. But their turn overs on tables are pretty quick. Each time the hostess told us it would be a 30 min wait, we only waited 5-10 mins at the most. As for the service, it's going to be a hit or miss. The score was almost a home run except for this element. The times we went, the service is a touch inconsistent. However, the service team is friendly and we haven't encountered a uncomfortable moment.<br/><br/>"the one" bubble tea house down a few blocks now has competition. I would recommend myst to anyone.

Yum! I highly recommend you make resos if you're going during peak meal times. We came on a Wednesday for dinner and thank God we called in first. They said they were full but put us on the waitlist. They were packed when we got there, tons of people waiting at the door. We were sat within less than 10 mins and I have to say - this place has the best Asian customer service I think I've ever experienced at a Taiwanese restaurant. The food came out surprisingly fast for how busy it was. Beautiful modern decor with giant screens and lots of booth tables! Highly recommend!!!

Went to this restaurant for cold desserts only. We waited about 7 minutes to be seated as we’re a big group. Staff are very friendly and very attentive. Very good presentation on their desserts and tastes good too. I love the modern interiors of this resto. Will definitely go back to try their foods

Overpriced for your typical food. There are so many restaurants on the same street that will offer the same menu at a much lower price PLUS a late night menu option (which Myst doesn't offer). The food was a little too greasy for me as well, it was soaked in sauce and oil.

3rd time to this place, attracted by the Taiwanese style food which is not too many options here in Burnaby (besides the One restaurant).<br/><br/>Coming here with a large group (over 6 ppl) is always a challenge, we waited at least for 15 mins despite reservation. Tonight is the worst (Sunday), we were told by the server that we have one hour from sit down to finishing our meal despite our reservation since there is another booking after us for our table. This is quite unheard of these days with these type of restaurant, not to mention that we had to wait for 20 mins before a server came by and take our order. This means we have 40 mins (9ppl) to finish our meal including wait time for the food order.<br/><br/>Food was decent. Xiaolongbao was dry compared to other restaurant we've been to.<br/><br/>The restaurant was very noisy so beware if you bring your young child.<br/><br/>In case you wonder, to our surprise all our food did arrive within 10 mins, and the server did come and kindly reminded us of the time limit, we had to finish the food and hurry up to give back the table.<br/><br/>Not sure if we will be back unless during slow times. The above than average food was negated by the rather negative rush and go experience.

• located along Kingsway (close to Gilley)<br/>• lots of free parking available but gets so busy that I suggest carpool if you can; street parking available too<br/>• Cash & debit only, NO credit card<br/>• make sure you let the hostess know how many in your party once you arrive as there can be a wait most especially during peak times. They're even busy at 11 pm, with wait times less than 10 minutes. Yes, its a popular one!<br/>• I liked the service, friendly smiles, efficient, they're just nice even though servers must've been working non stop for few hours.<br/>• variety of food to choose from... appies, noodle soup, congee, main, rice toppings, bubble tea, desserts, etc! <br/>• Beef noodle soup: friend had this, she was completely satisfied, serving was probably good for 2-3 people<br/>• Beef stir fry noodle (F2): tasty, noodle tasted freshly made and flavourful. It comes with bean sprouts & green onions (choice of beef, lamb, chicken, seafood)<br/>• Deep fried basket of squid tentacles, chicken, rice: good amount of serving to share, nice flavour, not too salty<br/>• Oreo bubble tea: came in a large glass, nicely decorated<br/>• Potted milk tea: milk tea topped with whip cream and chocolate oreo cookies. Its too cute to drink. Pearls extra at 0.75 cents<br/>• Lemon calpis slush: a little bland for my taste<br/>• good place to hang out, get together, quick snack... our order came within 5 minutes. They use iphone/ipod touch to enter orders, hence efficient service.<br/>• overall was a goos experience, will definitely try other dishes next time

We (threesome) arrived at the restaurant shortly after it’s opening time of 10:00 am - their first dine-in customers of the day (not unusual for us early-lunch diners!).  We were welcomed in, and shown to one of the booth tables alongside the front window.   <br/><br/>Menus, napkins, and chopsticks were already in place, a jug of ice water, pot of hot tea and mugs, were brought promptly.  It’s a large and varied menu of offerings, but I had researched it via their website beforehand, and had made notes of potential choices.  This sure helped.  I checked what I had brought against the menu, jotted down item numbers, and relayed each to our server — she confirmed each against the menu, to ensure we were in sync, and then put each into her portable touch screen relay to the kitchen.  Service from kitchen to table was rather prompt and steady, though the sequence of dishes was a little odd, with some main dishes arriving first, before appetizers and dim sum dishes.  There was no service to our table after all dishes ordered had arrived, until we requested our bill (and a couple of cartons to take home some leftovers), from another server passing near our table.  No stops in-between, from our original server, to check on how everything was going, or if anything else was needed, etc.<br/><br/>What was ordered:    Note:  I’ve named dishes as per listings in the restaurant’s dine-in menu, and/or the itemized ‘check slips’ left at our table.<br/> <br/>-  Appetizers:  famous meat ball (must admit, wondered what had been ordered when this dish arrived! it was described as a meat ball dumpling in the menu - at first, I thought it was just a large bowl of sauce, maybe to be used with the potstickers - it looked like a big blob of jelly - but the jelly (which looked and tasted a little like very soft beef tendon), laid over some pieces of very tender meat, mushrooms, and such - it tasted rather sweet) — deep-fried squid tentacles (ordered for daughter and I, preparation was a touch disappointing - though quite tender, I felt the rather delicate flavour of squid (and we know and really enjoy the tentacles), was spoiled with the use of strong-tasting herbs and seasonings).<br/>-  Dim Sum:  pork cake roll (it looked fine, but the preparation was rather cool, tasteless, and dry) — pork potstickers (a good-sized serving - coverings were thick, inside ingredients, light in amount, and over-seasoned) — sticky rice dumplings (new-to-us - they looked rather ‘cute’, and were a fun to see and eat treat - wrappers were thin, ingredients flavourful and tasty). <br/>-  Noodle/Stir-fried noodles:  preserved cabbage w/shredded pork fried rice cake (a bit of a surprise, based on the picture in the menu, which indicated veggie, meat, and rice cake ‘rolls’) - it was a decent presentation, and the preparation of rice cakes, veggie ‘flakes’, small pieces of pork, were lightly-seasoned, and quite nicely-prepared, and definitely not overcooked).<br/>-  Fusion stir fried:  fried green bean w/pork (no surprises in the preparation - tasty and flavourful preparation, but a little oily) — spicy griddle prawns (a lovely, colourful presentation, but it was definitely a spicy, hot preparation! - great for daughter, a touch hot for my lady and I (= my fault, the menu said spicy, I should have asked our server ‘how spicy’ before ordering) - the dish was well-prepared, prawns moist and flavourful, we (my lady & I) just tried to avoid the hot peppers and seasonings when digging out and enjoying the prawns, while daughter really enjoyed everything, and was able to take home the “hot salad portion” we could not handle. <br/><br/>Overall, MYST offered up a large, very modern, neat, and attractive venue for a recent lunch dining experience.  It was fun to see, and interesting to experience.  Would the food draw us back?  No, I do not think so — maybe that has something to do with our lack of knowledge and experience with “fusion”, but for my lady and I, most flavours and tastes were just too ’strong & up front’ for our liking.

Quite a spacious Taiwanese restaurant located on Kingsway in Burnaby. The building used to be an old arcade back in the day.<br/><br/>Parking can be troublesome..spots are a bit tight and when busy can be hard to find a spot. There is also street parking on Kingsway.<br/><br/>Food for the most part is good and portions are decent. They have an extensive menu. Chicken nuggets and squid tentacles were deep fried fresh and tasty. Pan fried dumplings were juicy. Hot and sour soup was a bit of a downer as all we could taste was pepper. Now for dessert: condense milk thick toast was literally a slice of thick bread with a thin layer of condense milk on it. Would have been nice if it was toasted with the top torched for some crunchiness. Also had the strawberry icy plate. Presentation was great as it came with a mini dry ice show. Taste..not sure what it tasted like as there was a mix of flavours. The ice was yellow and didn't exactly taste like mango and was topped with some strawberries and strawberry yogurt ice cream. Taste buds were confused a bit. <br/><br/>One thing that was super disappointing was that our server rushed us to pay and leave as soon as we finished our dessert because they had a "reservation". There was nothing mentioned on the menu nor when we arrived that there was a time limit. The server could have also notified us before we sat down that there was a reservation after us. Was not impressed how we were treated.

The Metro Vancouver of today is decidedly different from the Greater Vancouver of my childhood. We had BC Transit, not Translink. We went to Chinatown and spoke Toi San; we didn’t go to Richmond and speak Mandarin. One isn’t necessarily any better or worse than the other. It’s just different. And that’s why it felt a little strange visiting the new Myst Asian Fusion restaurant in South Burnaby. To me, that building at 6400 Kingsway was Lester’s “family amusement centre.”
Jamesto41
Pretty dissapointed in this place. Ordered the Sczheuan beef with tripe tendon. Asked for no tendon..... and of course i got tendon.... actually the topping I got most was tendon. Got 3 pieces of beef that were pretty tender and i think 3 pieces of tripe. Broth was ok just standard. Service was below par as girls there are just scrambling around and panicing. No tea... had to ask. Will probably try again just for drinks.
Reservation Under Cindy
Myst's menu menu is catered more towards Taiwanese comfort food like beef noodle soup, hot pot, rice dishes, and popular street snacks that one can get from the alleys of Taiwan night markets (popcorn fried chicken, beef rolls, tofu, etc).

Earlier this year, a new restaurant opened up on the former grounds of Lester’s Family Amusement Centre and right next door to Szechuan Cuisine. The restaurant looks all shiny and modern with large tv screens on one wall. Myst Asian Fusion partially resembles The One but with many other types of Asian cuisines. In fact, it’s a bit daunting to have to flip through all of the menu pages and decide on what to order. On my first visit, I wanted to try one of their drinks as there was plenty of attention drawn to them in social media. The Green Apple Slush ($5.50) was large (perhaps not as tall as the drinks at The One) and I wound up taking it to-go. It wasn’t a great drink… more of a novelty than anything else.

MYST Asian Fusion is a Taiwanese eatery that recently just opened in Burnaby. It is located at 6400 Kingsway: next to Szechuan Cuisine and where the old Lester’s arcade used to be. The restaurant is your typical Taiwanese BBT shop with lots of booth seats. There is also a private room should you ever want to host a large party up to 20 people.

Aesthetics: new restaurant, things still look clean and good.<br/><br/>Food: lots of variety in the menu. you can experience a lot of different things here. the hotplate / grill plate thing was pretty legit. i had the beef stake with mushroom/tomato and black pepper sauce and egg noodles.<br/><br/>Service: if you've been to japan, you know what the best quality service looks like. you won't get that here but it's not bad. occasional tea/water refilling. food comes decently fast. servers do their job.Conclusion. Burnaby is lucky to have this restaurant.

I ordered the deep fried basket with taiwanese sausage, fish cake and salt and pepper chicken. I like that they throw in a few green beans and basil leaves in there but my basil was soggy from the oil, not nice and crispy like I think they were hoping it will be. And the seasoning was too heavy, everything in the basket was very salty. We also got pork soup dumplings, the skin of the dumpling was too doughy and it seemed like either they didn't have much soup to begin with or they all leaked ... either way, the food was disappointing, and all the servers seem to be running around confused. Drinks took too long to make and they weren't even slushy drinks or anything. There are other types of cafe's that are much better. Would not recommend.
Domo Is Craving...
A new Asian Fusion restaurant has officially opened up their doors a few weeks ago in Burnaby. We were invited by @chinesebites  to their media event and I can say, I am glad they finally have a restaurant that pretty much sums up all my Asian cravings. If you don’t know what I mean yet.. just keep reading..

Newly opened in South Burnaby is Myst Asian Fusion, a restaurant serving an extensive menu of Asian dishes from breakfast till late.  Located at 6400 Kingsway, Myst is a spacious, 90-seat restaurant with an inviting, contemporary ambiance at reasonable prices.

We came in and ordered the matcha shaved ice and mango shaved ice after dinner. The server told us that they were both sold out and the only one left was the vanilla, chocolate shaved ice. They sold out since last night according to the server.<br/>We were bummed and ordered it any ways. When we were almost finished with the table behind us was served a mango shaved ice. This table came in after us too.<br/>Save your money and get dessert elsewhere. 😤
Every Day Is A Food Day
NOTE: All food and beverages were complimentary, but all opinions are based on my own personal experience. Two weeks ago, MYST Asian Fusion opened in Burnaby. The parking lot in the front can get filled up quickly during peak hours, but free street parking is available along Kingsway. The restaurant features a variety of Asian inspired dishes and has modern decor that even lights up at night giving a lounge feel. We were invited by ChineseBites to check out some of their dishes.

“Myst” is a Taiwanese restaurant defining themselves as an Asian fusion eatery. Here they prescribed to the belief that more is more. Their fullsome menu matches their large restaurant space, their longer hours; and their ability to cater to various appetites from 7:30am breakfasts to late night snacks at 1am. The only thing out of sync with this was their parking situation out front. They shared their lot with another fairly large restaurant and there just isn’t enough stalls to go around. Therefore the one way road easily becomes anything goes, in order to get a coveted spot (this blogger is speaking from experience). Although, given the right time of day, curb side spots are available as well.
