Yesterday was my first time at this place, the rootbeer float was AMAZING <3 Very nice place and the service was great! Would definitely recommend this place to other's.
This place makes the most amazing old-fashioned ice cream treats! My personal favourite is the Maple Lover's sundae. Maple walnut ice cream covered in gooey wet walnut topping, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. To die for! If you haven't been here yet, make sure to change that ASAP!
everything here is on point.
the feel of the place to the decor to the items & ingredients themselves. on point!
Love the chocolate malt and any sunday with the brownies they make are to die for! So good! Super cheap kids cones and kids sundaes so very affordable for the family overall.
I love everything about this place! The seasonal & feature treats are worth going back often for. I still have sweet dreams about the sundae with the strong brew tea caramel & tea biscuits!
Glenburn is by far the best place to go for real Ice-Cream in the lower mainland. Amazing menu and extremely creative and tasty items from huge Sundaes to thick Shakes. The service is ALWAYS friendly and fast and the item you order always comes out the same every time you order it. My only gripe about this place is that it is very addicting. lol
Love this place. Very consistent, delicious ice cream, home made fudge, sauces and great toppings. Excelent service and every time we do is my kids best day ever!!
My father began working for Glenburn Dairy in the mid to late 30's. They were located on the Northwest side of Hastings and Boundary in Vancouver, not Burnaby. He continued to work for them when they became Jersey Farms and located their home delivery to the Broadway and Arbutus area. Jersey Farms was later taken over by Dairyland in Burnaby on the Lougheed Highway and he continued to work there until his death in 1971. I used to go there every weekend as a child and worked in the coffee/soda fountain from 1967-1969. We served soup, sandwiches and the best ice cream, banana splits, sundaes, milkshakes and floats. One scoop was .10 cents and a banana split was .49 cents. They also owned Peter's ice cream shops. By the way, we never wore those silly hats😝
Awsome for a nostalgic experience. Friendly staff and delicious treats v
What a fantastic place! Friendliest staff and such great ice cream. Loved it!!!
The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were awesome. The strawberry milkshake was really good and the split was great.
Such a wonderful experience and brought back so many great memories from my childhood! They have Rockets and Garbage Can-dy!!!
Each time I go with my wife and daughter, it feels like being back in the early 60's, the music, walls and pictures, never really get tired of being here and of course the ice cream are served the old fashioned way! Truly delicious and nostalgic 👍👍👍
Am I the only one who gets an inkling for ice cream when the sun comes out? I would sure hope not I mean the ice-cream market has got to be made up of more than just me during the colder seasons. I went to Glenburn because 1) it’s super closer to my house, 2) it has a super retro vibe and 3) the ice cream there is super yums.
A time capsule that takes you back to the 50s. Their desserts are lovely and simple and traditional with a fun spin sometimes. Super busy all the time in the summer so come earlier than the closing time!!
You guys! This place is so 1950s, it is set back and relaxed and its a lovely place to get away, if it isn’t super crowded. Their stuff is top notch. I’ve tried the root beer ice cream float and their hot fudge sundae- love love love!
Delicious, quality ice cream sundaes in a cute, retro setting. Their hours can fluctuate often so I would recommend checking their website/Facebook page before coming, if you have to drive far.
They have a wide range of sundaes and flavours to try. I tried the new one which was there special. Pricing is good not cheap and not expensive. Small place with valued customers.
I’m slowly working my way through all the dessert spots in town. Finally made it out to Glenburn Soda Fountain. It’s located right beside Oui Coffee House. Sign out front displaying their weekly Sunday special and feature sauce. We dropped in after dinner on a Tuesday evening and lucky us, no line!
Retro style ice cream and soda place that takes you back to the 50’s or 60’s.
They served old-fashioned ice cream, sundaes, banana splits and milkshakes.
The smooth consistency of the ice cream is like nothing we’ve ever had. The flavours of the ice cream are perfect in every way.
Forget about counting calories if you come here for dessert!
Pretty adorable place! Love the old school vibe. Great place to come if you’re looking for a sweet treat. Great seasonal treats as well. Would recommend
Ice cream cravings are real. H and I went to Glenburn for dessert on what one might consider a “date night”. We had the Fall Spice, which consisted of 2 scoops of their pumpkin cheesecake ice cream, graham crackers crumbled into butterscotch, and cinnamon whipped cream. This is the perfect way to end the night. I wonder what will be on their menu for winter and Christmas. Photos on the blog.
The best ice cream place in town - especially for speciality sundaes. I try a new sundae each time and I am never disappointed. Their house made butterscotch sauce is so good.
It's like stepping in to the 50s! That includes no AC but it only means you'll want more tasty ice-cream as you finally get thru the lineup. Yummy treats, great selection, but most importantly, no regrets! Just cuz it's such a special little place!
• located in East Hastings, busy street; park along the street or side streets
• this place is always packed and you'll see why
• they have amazing ice cream flavours! My favourite is the coffee crunch and maple walnut. Its nice and creamy, lovely flavours, its just that yummy!
• they served all sorts of floats, sundaes and malt
• cute little area if you are looking for sweet treats you had when you were a little kid
• milkshakes look delightful
• make sure to get your ice cream in a waffle cone for extra $0.50
• limited seating only; server was so nice and pull out a table for us :)
• good, friendly, efficient service
• awesome place to meet up with friends and end your dinner with this delight
Nostalgic and retro, this old school 50s-feel soda shop-ice cream parlour is well worth a visit while in Van!
Ice cream sundaes are creative, decadent and sublimely delicious. Made with local ingredients. Almost always crazy busy with a line out the door and no available seating. Score a swivel stool at the counter and watch everything be made like the old days!
Well worth the wait for a dreamy sweet treat!
If you end up visiting this place, watch people's faces when they see the desserts. There is never a frown in the room! Their milkshakes are massive, their sundaes are a feast for the eyes and the whole 1960's themed location just makes you...happy. It is literally a heaven for anyone who has a sweet tooth. When multiple families and groups visit at the same time, seats fill up fast. Overall, great place to satisfy sweet cravings after dinner.
Very unique 1960's style or traditional old school of interior design. There was a lot of customers here tonight although the weather was cold and rainy. Families, friends and couples liked to come here for icecream or desserts.
They have limited seats, but they offer takeout. All servers were friendly and provided great service.
Their icecream has bigger portion and great presentations. The only one thing that I think they can be improved on is the quality of icecream. I could only taste a sweet flavour or sugar of the icecream but I could not taste the milk or a smooth creamy texture.
The servers were lovely and quick. We order reg Sundae with maple walnut and eggnog. Eggnog tastes a bit minty (weird?) but it brings Christmasy feeling actually. Love the interior. Vintage yet clean. If they had free wifi, I'd just spend a whole day in this shop.
Went here for a quick treat on a rainy day. This was so good! The ice cream was very rich and smooth and I loved the hot fudge. This was a good treat!. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by Eat With Sida! Glenburn is an amazing ice cream place with retro diner vibe! I fall in love this retro and old school feel and decoration in this fun shop. They have a good selection of old fashioned banana split, sundaes, floats, milkshakes and ice cream sodas! Amazing ice cream made in house in wide variety flavors with avalon milk, absolutely high quality ice cream and delicious! Generous portion at very reasonable price and friendly service, my ultimate dessert place in N. Burnaby!
If ever there was a week I needed to eat ice cream alone in bed by the bucket without pants on, it's this one. They seem to like it when you wear proper clothing at Glenburn Soda though, so if they keep serving me gobs of ice cream over cookies and brownies, I'll put on the pants.
This place is one of my favourite ice cream places! The decor and atmosphere is different from other places; giving off the old school diner vibes. I've been here on multiple occasions and always have trouble choosing what I want. They pretty much have the same flavour of ice creams, but they have special sundaes that changes weekly. They also have their normal sundaes, floats, ice cream sodas, and more. Their ice cream on its own is creamy and delicious. Their portions are quite generous and the service is always good, even when their busy.
Glenburn Soda is my ultimate favourite ice cream place in Burnaby! Each picture I have added to this review is a separate visit. As you can see, I keep coming back.
I always attempt to try something new each time I'm there, and to no surprise at all, everything I've tried... I LOVE!
There have good selections of ice cream flavours... hard to just get one scoop. They also get pretty creative with their weekly ice cream specials.
One of my favourite menu items is their banana split. Milkshakes and sundaes are delicious as well! Lastly, everyone behind the counter is friendly!
I finally went to Glenburn Soda in Burnaby. I have been following them for a couple years on their social media accounts. Whenever they would post pictures of current specials I would have to stop and admire for a while. This retro pop shop is everything I was hoping it would be and more. I really liked sitting at the bar and watching everyone work while they made beautiful, hand crafted desserts and drinks.
I love the atmosphere of this place; it's super retro. I have yet to try the soda floats, which I heard were a favorite from my friends. I went here during the hot chocolate festival and tried the Caught Red-Handed, which was red velvet flavored hot chocolate. The whipped cream was cream cheese flavored!! :D It also had bits of white chocolate on it. Can't wait to try other things.
This place is ice cream heaven that takes you back to the past. From the old school soda fountain ambience to the vintage menu. So far I have ordered a small sundae with the orange creamsicle ice cream w/hot fudge on top, their ice cream quality is amazing. I've also had their orange float, the soda they use taste great and the float is very large. They also have cool vintage sodas that you can buy. It's definitely not a one time visit kind of place but it is busy so be patient cuz it's worth it!
I would rate this way over 5 if I could!!! AMAZING place!!! If you have not tried it please do, this line is so worth the wait and they are so good about being quick. Never have to wait as long as you think you will be!! Staff are wonderful and the owner is so passionate about this place and serving people a great experience. It's embarrassing but my boyfriend and I go here sometimes twice a week! My favourite is chocolate ice cream sundae with butterscotch sauce or strawberry soda!!!
Best place in Burnaby for old fashioned sundaes and sodas. The special desserts are huge but if you share between 2 or 3 people it really is good value! The Brownie Sundae is a favorite of my daughter's-very addictive! A great selection of ice creams that are made locally. Some really interesting soda flavors too! Come prepared to wait for a few minutes especially on weekends and in the summer-it's usually very busy!
Hands down one of a kind. Valentines day here is crazy btw lol. All year around a fantastic place for dessert and why? It's one of a kind old school. The owners daughter helps out at the cashier. The sodas are so cool. The shelves of candies are a blast from the past. And the milkshakes and sundaes? Oh man... It's a lost art and I'm glad it's here to stay for a while locally. It's fun here.
Definitely order the hot chocolate cause it's garnished with a icecream cone upside down on the rim of the mug. Can't go wrong with the banana sundaes. Valentines day they have feature specials. It's small seating inside but atleast you can always do to go
Glenburn is hands down one of my favourite places to go. I love the homey, community vibe that they have maintained. The authentic, old fashioned machines and decor make it such a fun place to be. The service is always great and everything is made to order. I love stopping in for a sundae or grabbing a milkshake to go!
I do agree this place is amazing. The sundaes are delicious the floats are amazing. And the ice cream it's just the best. I love how they still have these types of diner places here, and it's a perfect place to your significant other out on a date.
In our modern world there are so many bells and whistles, so much extra noise needed to attract our attention. Sparkles, smoke, and glowing light. But this little soda shops transports you into a simpler time. A simpler era where swivelling stools, paper straws, and milkshakes shaken in metal cups were more than enough to satisfy.
I really liked the chocolate milkshake.
I love their atmosphere. Hidden gem in north Burnaby.
I love hastings. There are only limited space to seat. Not for big groups.
Atmosphere 1/1
This store reminds me of an old school confectionery! It's relatively small and can get quite packed in there but the store has that certain charm which makes me feel like singing, or as if I'm at Main Street Disneyland
Service 1/1
When I was there a little girl who must have not been older than 10 was manning the cashier - adorable! She was on top of things. Thumbs up
Food 0.5/1
There's nothing actually out of the ordinary with their desserts... More of floats and sundaes that you can easily put together at home. However their sodas are interesting and the sundae combination offerings they have on special are delicious and definitely a treat :)
Price 0.5/1
Bit pricey for what it is... But then again the things they serve and the portion size definitely merit the "only once in awhile" thought
Personal opinion 1/1
I wish I lived closer to this shop so I can come here in the middle of the night with my friends. It's a great place especially in the summer to grab a cool treat and catch up with friends
This place is in my hood and its awesome. The feel is so retro down to the paper straws you get in your milkshake. They have specials which are pretty cool because they're very season-based. The first time I was there the only thing I was surprised about was that the owner had told me they don't make their own ice cream. Which would be super legit. But other than that. Its a go to place for ice cream. Milkshakes will definitely bring the boys to the yard... So Kelis says.
Sooooooo good!! The brownies here are the best!!!! So soft and not too sweet goes perfect with a scoop of ice cream or a shake. They give pretty generous scoops of ice cream too! I'm usually not around this area....but I'll make sure to visit this place whenever I'm around again!
Such a cute little place for ice cream! The theme of their restaurant adds a welcoming vibe when you walk in. Their ice cream is thick and creamy but I'm not too big a fan of their whipped cream.
I’m currently listening to the 90210 theme music on YouTube as I type. Forgive me for this trip down memory lane: a recent visit to Glenburn Soda Fountain & Confectionery in Burnaby Heights triggered some nostalgia for years gone by. As they say on their website: “There is no place like it but it will remind you of someplace you have been before.” Pardon me while I dig out of the closet my stonewashed, ripped jeans, cuffs still rolled up.
Ever since they opened up I have LOVED this place and nothing compares! The service is amazing and their team gives the whole shop a positive vibe. I still have yet to try the Egg Cream, Cones, and Malts. Their Hot Fudge sundae is amazingly good! But my soft spot (my usual drink) is the Ricky's raspberry-lime that is extra sweet. I would come again in a heart beat.
Really good sundaes. The ice cream was really good and the sundaes were full of ingredients like fresh whipped cream, hot fudge, and chocolate cookies. Worth checking out if you are near Burnaby Heights :-)
Super good!. Stopped by here after dinner to celebrate end of exams and shared a banana split with my girlfriend. It was the perfect amount of ice cream and the flavors were really delicious! We'll definitely be heading back to try more of the desserts that Glenburn has to offer! It's really great to see all the local products they sell as well!
High quality products and awesome decor inside. This isn't Dairy Queen; if you're expecting a similar experience, this isn't for you.
Awesome!. Had the banana split sundae special, and it was divine. Two scoops of vanilla and a scoop of strawberry topped with local cherry, blueberry and strawberry compotes, a rich, creamy banana, crumbles of pate brisee, a healthy piping of whipped cream and a sprinkle of turbinado sugar for great crunch. It was so balanced texturally, soft and creamy with bits of crunch, and not overly sweet. A little pricy but worth it. Very yummy, very satisfying.
Good ol classic desserts. The place definitely has a retro feel to it and doesn't have a lot of room for sitting so be forewarned when going with a big group.
Had the Peanut Butter Sundae and it was well prepared and really good as well. I want to come back to try their speciality sundaes next time!
Amazing banana split and brownie sundae. I brought my whole family here all the way from Richmond and even my dad who doesn't like to drive out very far said it was worth the trip. Will definitely be coming back!
Be Archie. Who wants to be the Archies for an hour? This place was so fun. My wife and I got ourselves a Malt (I've wondered for the last 20 years what the hell a malt is) so I can be Archie get my wife to play Veronica. The super-busy but super-friendly servers whisked our malt in their 50s-era Hamilton Beach milkshake machines. Armed with two old-style paper straws we did our Archie and Veronica thing and life was grand.
The art of the jerk. Glenburn isn't like the places I usually go for ice cream (which are gelaterias.) This is old-school, older than Dairy Queen soft-serve machines. Having a chocolate ice cream sundae here made me flash back to the days before I was born (is that even possible without time travel, though?) when the "soda jerk" was an artisan who made average ice cream into something special. It's the art of the presentation that makes Glenburn special. How the ice cream is arranged, the way the toppings are sprinkled over the tall chapeau of whipped cream so they please the eye, and of course, the cherry on top. I've had better ice cream as far as the top-notchiness of the frozen part goes, but I gotta give props to the jerks at Glenburn for stacking a sundae that was eye candy as much as it was mouth candy.
Awesome place. As a non-coffee drinker, this is a great meet-up place for friends/dates. The place feels like it's from a more civilized time. The ice cream itself is delicious...I've had sundaes with blueberry sauce, fudge, strawberry and peanut butter in combination with different types of ice cream. I've also had the raspberry soda. I always mean to try one of the specialty sundaes or a milkshake, or baked good but haven't gotten around to it just yet. But I don't think this place will be going anywhere anytime soon.
I love the feel of this place. Reminds me of when I was a kid. I like the milkshakes. Quite decadent but very good.
We went into Glenburn's on a gloomy Sunday afternoon, and ordered a banana sundae, a strawberry milkshake, a bubblegum ice cream, and a strawberry malt ice cream.
The price was reasonable for the quality of the food, although it is more expensive than normal menu items.
It was all delicious, and the decor had an authentic, vintage feel to it.
We are planning to spend more time again with friends!
Typical diner. There's nothing too special about this diner, but if you live in the Burnaby area it's a nice place to sit down and enjoy some old fashioned burgers and milkshakes. It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth checking out.
So much fun! It's like walking back in time when you go through the front door. The ice cream is delicious and and each item is prepared for you when you order it. Service was friendly, and as prompt as can be on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Every single bite was like heaven!
Glenburn Soda Fountain & Confectionery Every time I go here, I want to get everything—not just the various flavours of sodas and ice creams, but also Vancouver Pie Hole pies and Bluebird Cakery cake slices. They have many options that all sound so good. I particularly have a hard time picking which sundaes to get because I can’t get more than two at one time because they’re so decadent. From the hot fudge brownie sundae to the caramel pretzel sundae to the maple pecan hot fudge sundae, I want it all! I prefer (kind of) classic sundaes with lots of toppings and sauces over artisanal, small-batch ice cream and gelato any day. I just love my decadent flourishes that make up sundaes. Take the hot fudge brownie sundae from here for example. This sundae uses the heavy, gluten-free brown butter brownie from the Last Crumb. It was so rich that I almost couldn’t finish it (ok, I also had a pie a la mode too), which means a lot because I can eat a lot of dessert. They also have banana splits, so
My friend and I decided to grab a late night snack nearby and discovered this cute little place. We love the ideas of 50s soda foundain! It’s like we just time travel back to the 50’s… Old school design, vintage milkshake machines, and all the old school candy. ...The Float was good. With a full bottle of orange soda and ice cream on top, you can get the rest of the drink so it’s almost 2 glasses of float. Such a great value.
I was surprise with this Sundae, the consistence of the syrup peanut butter blends so well with the ice cream, it undeniably good. If you like peanuts and peanut butter, get this Sundae.
Dessert is a girl’s best friend… especially during certain times *ahem*. I invited a couple of my girlfriends to come try this place before I left for the summer. I was really excited since I’ve heard so many good things about this place. Glenburn Soda Fountain and Confectionery is a cute, vintage-like milkshake, candy, and dessert house that serves homemade milkshakes, malts, sodas, and sundaes. They also have a cute candy stand where they sell bulk candy for 10 to 25 cents each. All of their ingredients are locally sourced, and they take great pride from it. I felt like I was in a blast-from-the-past as I sat inside this restaurant. I also felt like a child who couldn’t decide what to want! My dentist would definitely not be happy after this visit to the dessert shop… When we went, there were not many people, so we were lucky to find seats! However, right after we ordered, a whole bunch of people came in… we were lucky.
Unique in Vancouver, this Old Fashioned Malt Shop serves decadent sodas, sundaes, malts, egg creams and floats made with Birchwood Dairy ice cream, handmade artisan Pie Hole pies, Pop Shoppe pop, and Avalon Dairy milk. Can't handle all the milk? They always make sure there's a dairy-free treat on feature just for you. We were tempted by the newly added menu options of Banoffee Splits, and Cherry Pie Sundaes! There was so much good stuff to choose from it can be overwhelming. John had a Chocolate Chip Mint Sundae with Hot Fudge sauce, Whipped Cream and Nuts. I had the Sundae Sampler which included three flavours of ice cream with three types of sauces. It was delicious but sooo filling! Reasons why it's worth the trip: Nostalgia. The shop is simply decor
I love finding great eateries in lesser known areas. Lucky for me who rides the bus to school everyday, I’ve come to find quite a few special places along Hastings street, Glenburn Soda Fountain included. This place screams vintage from the classic bar to the bottled pop they serve. Even their soda fountain is real and dates back to the 30s! It’s a family run business which features the cutest cashier ever. She’s the owner’s 10 year old daughter who works the cashier like a pro. Anyways, let’s get on with the food. We got the special of the day: the Golden Glow- hot fudge and butterscotch sauces on vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, walnuts, and butterscotch drizzle. If that doesn’t make you drool, I don’t know what will. It’s the perfect combination of hot and cold, creamy and crunchy, sweet and sweeter with a cherry on top. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better and more unique sundae before. Their menus changes often but by the looks of it, everything they serve here is consistent
The menu is fantastic. Sundaes, floats, malts and tons of other stuff. On the menus they make it clear that they’re OK with you substituting ice cream flavours (and probably other things too). They even have a vegan ice cream on the menu so dietary restrictions can’t stop most people with dietary restrictions from joining you (your friend will have to find another excuse…). There’s also a pretty decent selection of candies too. Mark was dead-set on a hot fudge sundae and I was planning on going for the strawberry milkshake… until we saw the “Specialty Sundaes” menu and our eyes fell upon the “Toonerville Treat” ($9.50). It was like the first time Mark and I had ever looked at one another and at that moment we knew we were destined to eat it. It was as delicious as we expected. It did seem a little pricey at first, but once we received it, we understood why it was priced as it was. Most of the stuff is $4-10. But if you compare to Marble Slab or Pinkberry or any other chain tha
Glenburn Soda Fountain & Confectionary has carved out a unique niche for themselves, and I’ve got to say, what they do they do well
Glenburn Soda was a place I've always wanted to go to. It's a cool 50s-style soda pop shoppe and photos of their ice creams and sundaes were so enticing! So finally, K and I planned a trip there last Sunday and took our parents along. It's funny because they commented on how nowadays the younger generation likes olden day things while the older generation likes more modern things. lol Glenburn didn't open until 2pm on Sunday so we had lunch next door to wait. We came back at 2:15pm and the place was packed already! There were so many options...I'll definitely have to come back again to try other things! It's always time for ice cream at Glenburn. =D Glenburn uses local ingredients, such as Birchwood Dairy and Avalon Dairy, to make their desserts and they also buy from other local businesses! The parents thought the sundaes were too big for them so chose just to get a ice cream cone. Dad had vanilla while mom tried the coffee crunch. "I went all hot and cold" It was still the hot chocolate festival so I decided to get Glenburn's version. It came with a cute vanilla ice cream cone on the rim of the cup! "Black Out" K tried "Black Out," a Glenburn original. It's chocolate syrup with chocolate ice cream topped chocolate whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and a chocolate wafer. Chocolate overload! It was very good though! They also sell cool vintage looking sodas and candies. I really enjoyed our excursion to Glenburn and will be back in the future!
We absolutely adored the vibe and decor of Glenburn Soda, and judging by the volume of crowds — we weren’t alone on this one. The shop has only been open a handful of days, and already it’s clear they’re quickly becoming a neighbourhood favorite.
This delicious maple pecan fudge sundae was perfect after dinner and satisfy that sweet tooth craving. Topped with lots of whipping cream! :D Lots of flavours and texture and warm chocolate syrup at the bottom, oh so yummy.
Ever since Glenburn Soda opened up in Burnaby Heights, I’ve been wanting to try them out… Of course, leave it for us to go for a sundae in November when it’s freezing at night.

Glenburn Soda is definitely one of those places in Vancouver that make you feel like you’ve stepped out of the future and back into the sweet confection, fountain soda era with poodle skirts, panty hose, slicked back hair and arguably one of the best decade of music. Since Brian and I were fairly full from our lunch, we only could stomach a slice of pie and a scoop of ice cream – both of which were fantastic. The apples in my apple pie were stacked a plenty and it had a great taste of cinnamon to it. The pie crust is what I loved most about this. The ice cream was nice and sweet to pair with the pie. We
I’ve heard good things about Glenburn. This family owned and operated soda fountain has taken the food world by a storm with their old-school ice cream recipes and home-made sodas. The decor is retro. Walking thru the door is like stepping back into a simpler time. One of the fixtures of the shop is a 1931 Walrus soda fountain, which is used to make any soda combination imaginable. Their choice of syrups is extensive: Anything from banana, lavender, grape, coffee, strawberry, ginger, cherry, blueberry, vanilla, lime, green apple, sarsaparilla and many more. Their sodas are refreshing, light and not at all syrupy. They’re served with old school paper straws. For only $3, this is the perfect summer treat. Looking for something more substantial, or sharing with someone? Who about one of their massive ice cream creations? Their ice cream is from Birchwood Dairy in Abbotsford. Creamy and delicious, you can have your ice cream with all sorts of old fashioned toppings such as malt balls. Their
Glenburn's array and variety of ice creams, drinks, sundaes, and treats is a little bit overwhelming.
Came here for the milkshakes and wasn’t disappointed one bit! So yummy, and the shakes are so ice-creamy and milky. Will come back for the shakes and can’t wait to try the float or their ice cream next time. So far, the verdict is good.
Also love the look of the shop and everything!
Ice cream is always great, you will really enjoy. Went for a visit during hats off day and there is a long line up. People know when its good, there is a line.
Best dessert place in Vancouver! I wish I can come here everyday for dessert but that won't be healthy. The prices look expensive but it is 100% worth it if you like ice cream. Service is nice and fast. The sundaes, ice cream, and milkshake all taste really good.
The hype is very real. Old school sundaes, ice cream and floats. 🍧😋
Be warned that it's (currently) takeout only and there doesn't seem to be a nice location nearby for sitting and enjoying a cold treat.
The most delicious ice cream I’ve ever eaten. Do not go other places. Here is where you can find whatever you want. Oh my goodness, I can’t tell how good are their ice creams😍
