My husband and I recently celebrated my birthday at The Gables, and we couldn't have had a finer meal. From the minute Kirsten greeted us at the door until we finished a great cup of coffee, we enjoyed every bite. Jim ordered homemade pea soup and Angus beef tenderloin steak with vegetables from their own garden. I enjoyed their Caesar salad and homemade pasta with jumbo shrimp. Everything was excellent. Our only disappointment was that, after Dieter's perfectly prepared meal, we had no room left for dessert.

Another perfect lunch at The Gables, the Calf's Liver is to die for. Tender flavor full, fresh and homegrown Green Beans. I'm in heaven. Your Foody Friend, Chef Paul.

Had dinner at The Gables on Saturday. It was awesome and delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic. An ideal place for a special celebration. We recommend it hightly.
