I recently ordered a cake when I went to pick it up there had been a mix up and my cake had been given to another customer (ordered under the same name and both paw patrol). The staff were great they changed the name on the cake and within a few hours the owner had called to apologize about the mix up and did his best to make the situation right. Great customer service from the store staff and the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

I love that the menu is not what you have to get. You can modify the menu to get a true treat that you enjoy. Not saying the menu doesn't offer a great selection but sometimes you just have to have that personal craving �

This Dairy Queen deals in the ice cream treats exclusively. I give it five stars anyway even though they don't sell Brazier burgers and hot dogs. They are also very community-minded as they put a building on the property to facilitate a fundraising drive for multiple charities to help during this time of covid .The foolish and selfish city council of Brantford wanted him to pay a,in my opinion, shakedown fee of$2600 to have the small building on his property that does not provide profit for him.

Best blizzard I’ve ever had. Every bite had mix-ins straight down to the last bite. None of that mix-ins on top, vanilla ice cream underneath business. And filled to the brim with goodness. Well done, staff at DQ. You do not skimp out for this mama with late night cravings. ❤️

Updated to 5 stars - its what you would expect from most dairy queen shops however this one is a bit different. They added a fundraiser shed to help raise funds for charity's around the community not many businesses do this. The owner had a lot of legal issues & expenses involved with the city permits/zoning or whatever its call.. it was in local newspaper at one point.. So that said he could have just cut his losses but he stuck it out and did everything he could to keep the fundraising shed to help the community and it is still there. That alone is worth 5 stars. I wish there were more business owners like this, the community would be a better place. Thank you.
