We happened across Fume a couple of Sundays ago, during the Holmdale art crawl. They had samplings of their small plates to try; they were so tasty and the atmosphere was so inviting we decided to stay for wine (it was 11:30 am, after all). We enjoyed it so much that we made reservations for dinner for the following (this past) Friday. The food here is SO. DELICIOUS. The presentation was a work of art. The wine paired perfectly. The service is impeccable (although I am sorry to say I don't recall our server's name). We had the same server both times and I appreciated her vibe: authentic and professional.

I took my friend there last night for her birthday because I heard such good things about the food/atmosphere & wow it did not disappoint! The food was incredible & service was excellent! We left so happy we came. This has definitely became our new favourite spot.

The staff were excellent, the shrimp tacos good, maybe a bit more acid than I’m used to. The burgers was the best he has had and the crab cake was excellent. Overall a great dinner with friends. Can’t wait to go back and try other items in the menu.

I’ve lived in brantford for a year and a half and live walking distance from this restaurant. I finally went there last night for my birthday dinner and I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about Fume! The inside was bigger than I thought it was, our server was amazing, the food with delicious and the atmosphere was a vibe! I love having this restaurant so close to me and I’ll definitely be considered a regular from now on!

This is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The cocktails are beautifully made, not overly sweet and the food is so tasty, and they offer so many great options. Service was amazing and the restaurant itself is gorgeous too. Loved it!

My husband and I had our first visit here for Valentines Day. The atmosphere was lovely, classy but casual. Food was fantastic and the service and staff were excellent. Definitely going back especially for patio season!

Highly recommend! The food, service and atmosphere are excellent - no matter what you order you will not be disappointed. Fish and chips and beet salad are particularly good. Ted and his team are the best.
