As a very happy customer of Magnums, I include in my review some references to old negative comments because I feel someone who really knows the restaurant, should address them.  
I highly recommend Magnums and often go for lunch -  wings and Greek Salad, are my favourite.  I get a small Greek Salad with dressing on the side (its a ton of food)  I have been going to Magnums for over 10 years.  The food is pub style (because guess what its a pub/bar), generous portions and if you ask for some modifications (referring to overdressed salad comment: get your dressing on the side or ask for half dressing) they always accommodate pleasantly!  They have HANDS DOWN the best damn wings in town and yes (in reference to 30 flavours!) if there's a kind you like they have it, or they will combine a couple of things for you and make it!!  
I thoroughly believe that you are treated the way you treat others - show attitude - get attitude.  
Be friendly, receive friendly service.  Perhaps, as a 'regular' I am treated well, however, I believe I'm treated well, because that is how I treat them.  If there is something that I am not happy about, I address it and it is looked after immediately.  In customer service, the biggest issue is not the complaint itself, but how the complaint is handled and rectified that leaves the lasting impression in the customers mind.
