Food is really delicious. The Service is very fast and friendly staff. We love this place.
Good thai with friendly service. The dishes worked really well once combined with the rice. Do plan ahead though as they are not a fast food outlet and even on quiet nights you may wait at least 30 mins. On a busy night make sure to pre-order or expect to wait over an hour.
Was in fact freshly cooked with nice fresh ingredients, not overcooked. Very friendly service, clearly the establishment is operated with care. Highly recommended.

Well-made and very fresh!. I popped into Freshly Thai last weekend after performing a concert in Brampton. My order was Honey Ginger Tea, Tom Yum Soup and Eggplant Lovers Dish with chicken. Other reviewers accurately describe the service as cheery, but erratic. It took at least 10 minutes to place my order with the server, even with the restaurant well short of capacity. That said, after that speed bump things went quite smoothly.
Unfortunately, the tea was incredibly weak, with barely a trace of honey or ginger. Too bad, as I was nursing a sore throat and banking on drinking some sweet medicine. That was forgotten once the soup arrived, which was excellent! Great broth, with tons of flavour but a moderate amount of salt. Even the tofu and cilantro were exceptionally fresh. Although the main course was described as 2 chilies out of 4 for spiciness (and other diners had warned about the heat levels), my experience was that the sauce was quite tame, and could have benefited from a little kick. On the plus side, the vegetables were stellar, the chicken was high-quality and generous, and a great bonus was that the rice was included in the price. It certainly filled up this starving artist.
In short, my experience was similar to many others on here: extremely fresh ingredients, health-conscious preparation (perhaps suffering a little in the flavour department as a result), and charming but absent-minded service. Overall, I would definitely go back!
Portions too small. The food at Freshly Thai is fresh and made to order, which is great, but the portions are too small. Very little meat for your money.
Best Thai in GTA. We live nearby and have become regulars. This place is a true gem - fresh, fast and absolutely delicious food. The service is great, family owned and operated by all the women in their family. They always remember us, seat us without a reservation (it can get busy, so call ahead!!) and remember our spice level preferences.
Pad Thai is great - but our current favs are the Pineapple rice and Magnificent Mango dishes. Try this place, you won't be disappointed!!
Absolutely wonderful!!! Food is absolutely delicious. Service is spectacular. This is now my favorite Thai restaurant.

The Healthiest Thai food. I have been here twice. It's a small and cozy restaurant. I'm pretty sure it is a family run business. Everybody who works at this restaurant is warm and welcoming. They actually have a decent sized patio which is a rare gem in Brampton. All in all the atmosphere is fantastic. About the food. I am an avid Thai food fan. I have tried Thai food in all kinds of restaurants including different cities and I must say this place has the healthiest Thai food by far. The dishes tasted like they were made when I ordered them, that said expect to wait for the food you order. It is def made FRESH and worth the wait. The dishes ordered from here did not taste like fast food masquerading as fine dining. I recommend this place especially if you live around the corner. One pointer. If the dishes say mild they are slightly spicy and if you ask for spicy hot they are not kidding. As opposed to my experiences with other restaurants, where I order my food spicy but it's not even close to spicy by my standards. This is a healthy restaurant, and I strongly feel as though the food is highly authentic.

Nice little Thai place. What a nice little place. There was a big patio with plenty of seating but unfortunately no shade umbrellas, so we avoided that and ate inside. I liked it inside. The decor was pleasant, simple and well kept. The number of tables was not over crowded, and great for couples and small groups. The hostess/server was smiley and attentive but a little forgetful. Just be patient and gently remind her, she'll be back in a flash to fulfil your request. We tried the weekday lunch specials. Spicy Thai Basil Beef and Thai Chicken BBQ. The spicy Thai is just that, order something to drink before enjoying this tasty dish. The BBQ Thai had a very delicious rub of various herbs. We enjoyed both. The spring rolls that accompany these meals were excellent. I would recommend them as an appetizer if you wanted something light. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. There are not many parking spaces but, there's tons of parking in downtown Brampton so not to worry. Overall a great experience, we'll be back. P.S. no MSG here.
My first visit. This being my first visit at this restaurant I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the hospitality of the owner/chef...she came to introduce herself at my table and explain how they aim to give their customers the taste of truly authentic Thai cuisine. The Pad Thai was the best I ever had. All the dishes definitely tasted freshly made with the best Thai herbs and spices. I do not hesitate a minute to recommend this restaurant to all those who appreciate fine Thai cuisine. Bravo Freshly Thai!!!

Hello fellow foodies today I bring you an outstanding review for this Thai restaurant.
Today during this horrible snow storm I 1/17/2022 I was reminiscing about my travels to Thailand, how nice and warm that country was and how amazing Thai food really is!! So I had to get me some Pad Thai today! And ladies and gents was I ever glad I stopped into this place to grab some takeout today.
After reading great reviews on Freshly Thai I had to drop in and grab some of their authentic Thai cuisine .They sit in a free standing building almost in the downtown part of Brampton just on the north side of Queen St and the Main Street crossing. They have a huge patio for summer and plenty of seating on the inside. They do dining-in and takeout but under the current COVID restrictions there are some limitations.
They claim to be fully authentic, gluten friendly and vegan friendly for those that require those options. There menu is quite authentic loaded will many options, from appetizers, salads, soups, noodles, curries, and some of their specialty dishes.
Food 5/5 The “Pad Thai” was just phenomenal, just absolute fire! As authentic as the Pad Thai I had in Thailand! Rice noodles were freshly made not from dried frozen stuff you typically get, I mean this dish tasted fresh made to order, not reheated. It had a slight perfect sweetness to it with a hint of pepper heat, you could taste the sweat onions the green onions, the crispy bean sprouts with hints of basil, it was seasoned to perfection, I opted for the chicken Pad Thai, The chicken was very generously mixed into the rice noodles good thick cut pieces, perfectly tender and seasoned chicken. Just delicious, it was a decent size portion for one person but it was so good I probably would have fished two portions of it. It had a wonderful balance of flavour and textures from some of the crispy veggies and bean sprouts to the soft perfect rice noodles. Great dish!
Service 5/5 The food was made fast, the service was very friendly and the price was within reason for this quality of food. Presentation was also very nice. Guys and gals if you’re in the area and you want the best Thai food Brampton has to offer this is one of the places you must stop in to try.
Amazing food. I usually order Pad See Ew from thai places and this is the best one I've had. The fried rice is incredible here. Will be back many times more.
Amazing food! Great service and the patio is great! The food was so divine. I had a Pad Bah Mi Kai and I added Fish. Bae had Stir fried mixed vegetables with chicken and it was so amazing. I recommend the lemon ginger iced tea! It was so refreshing and tasty. Definitely the best Thai spot in Brampton.
This is the greatest restaurant! I've never disappointed. The food has always been amazing with the amount of toppings you get. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It's a bit pricey for the portion size, but well worth it! My favorite dish is the pineapple fried rice (which is always loaded with cashews), but I've had the noodles too and loved them!
I absolutely love this gem in downtown Brampton. The owner is so personable, remembers us by name, and has been wonderful to my family and I on every visit. Their menu is delicious, fresh and good portion sizes. We love to eat here as often as we can and I am slowly making my way through the menu *chefa kiss*
Today we tried this restaurant and it was actually really great. I felt that the veggies were fresh and i liked that they didn't fill the sauces with corn starch. They were able to accommodate our food restrictions and our pickup was ready on time. We will be ordering again!
This is an amazing gem to eat at if you’re in DT Brampton. I am making my way slowly through the menu and never have been disappointed yet. It is fresh, authentic, and generously portioned - and the owner is such a nice lady. She makes the experience so worth it!
