Today was my first visit here, and it was fantastic. Amazing service, and hands-down delicious food, with great prices! I strongly recommend this lovely little pub to those who appreciate fun twists on typical 'pub fare'.
That, and... the Shareable Fried Triple Cream Brie. Eat that! It's delicious!
The Haddock Bites were beautifully balanced in their flavours. I usually ask for several lemon wedges to accompany any type of fish, but the slaw and tartar provided the perfect acidity, and for the first time EVER I didn't request a single wedge of lemon.
I brought a Clubhouse with fries home for my husband, and even lukewarm (only because I had to do some shopping and navigate the construction zone that has become Bradford), he wouldn't even share because it was too tasty. I was full, anyways, so I was okay with it. But it included house-made guacamole, which means that I will eat that next time.
I will return. Also, knowing that they host plenty of local musical talent speaks volumes about their brand, plus local baked goods and produce! Hope to see you there!
Best place in town for great food, cold drinks and biggest tv playing the best sporting events!
I have been there twice and was very impressed by the staff and food. It will be a regular place for me and my family.
