A short wait to get in. Woman at the door was soooooo busy and managed to Keep her cool. Super friendly waitress, Nina, took care of us. Brought us our wine quickly and took our order. Almost 50 minutes later our food arrived. We were told in the beginning that there were only two servers and two cooks so we expected a delay but that was excessive. One tip I would give is keep your customer updated. After 45 minutes with no updates we were about to go to the bar to find out where the food is. Ok enough of the downside, the food and prices are amazing. Grilled chicken club sandwich was excellent flavor and texture. New York steak, (10oz for $16) was perfectly cooked, juicy and the fries and gravy as a side was delicious. Nina and the rest of the staff (other than previously mentioned delay), took great care of us and smiled throughout their ordeal of being so short staffed. Very impressed and we will come back.
I ordered the top sirloin 10 oz with ceaser salad as a side. The steak was grilled perfectly as I ordered it. The service was exceptionally well. When I do come back to Bracebridge, I will definitely make time to come here again. Thank you Chucks Roadhouse!!!!
Came here twice last week. The first time I was very much not happy with my chicken wings and ribs, they were not good at all. However the chicken tacos for my wife were great. Decided to come back again, and get my usual order of the chucks burger. We also got the big Caesar salad and we were very happy. I love chucks, but think I will just stick to the basics when I come here. I will note the smoked meat sandwich is good too.
