Real Sushi. Ume Sushi breathes new life into this spot, it'll be a nice change from the dive of the last sushi shop to own this corner stone spot in town.
This restaurant is fantastic. I very much enjoyed the skilled cuts of fish, along with stylish presentation. The very taste of the sushi is a cut above the rest.
This place is great. They have probably the most creative and tasty rolls compared to anything in the GTA. I was kinda sad to see that they started doing all you can eat because I don' t think that's where their strength lies. I've eaten at sushi date once before and I have to say that Rebekhas is way better and the reason I keep coming back. The staff are very nice too and you get good, fast service.
Visited Ume Sushi for valentine's day to pick up some sushi and even though they were super busy, they were able to serve us on promised time ! Great staff and yummy food !
This is the first time we went to Ume Sushi. Very cozy atmosphere and space. Highly friendly staff. We ordered yasai sushi, yam sushi, atom rolls ann avo Q rolls, and fried dumping. Everything was super tasty, and the service was very fast. We loved our server

Wonderful sushi place in Bolton. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got seated in a private booth for our group and ordered various items. All the food was delicious. I'll definitely be going back again. 5/5
Food quality is pretty good. I believe it's the best sushi in Bolton. Eating in is a little slow service. I had to ring the bell on the table twice but the server arrived at my table immediately. There is a button you press for the server to come to the table. Pretty cool.
Every time my husband Raff and I have ordered from UME Sushi we have been so impressed with the quality. We have been happy with the quality of the food. When we have dined in, the service was also amazing! Tonight there was an honest mistake on our order and they immediately helped us out. There were two people with the same name and our orders got mixed up. One was Raff and the other one was Raffael. We really appreciate them going above and beyond to satisfy us! Thanks UME!!! You will continue to be out go to sushi place in Bolton. We highly recommended!
Let me start off by saying this is one of the best sushi places I've ever tried. Me and my bf were craving sushi and decided to stop by here and get a some takeout sushi, the lady was very nice and friendly. They gave us complimentary spring rolls because the cook messed up one of our orders, so we had to wait a extra 10-15 mins which was okay with me you can't rush perfection. Food is amazing and now is one of my fav sushi spots. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE KING COBRA ROLL it was DELICIOUS can't wait to go back again
