My favorite ski resort pub is this cozy and rustic establishment nestled in the heart of the ‘Big White Ski Resort’ mountains. It offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with wooden interiors, and breathtaking views of the snow-covered slopes. The pub serves delicious comfort food, hearty drinks, and has a wide selection of craft beers to enjoy after a long day biking/hiking in the summer or on the slopes in the winter. It's the perfect place to unwind, share stories with fellow hikers, bikers & skiers, and create unforgettable memories in the midst of nature's beauty. Located in the heart of the village. Great bar & outdoor patio. “Big White Ski Resort” is opening soon for the summer activities. Highly recommend my friends & followers to book at week out here in the Kelowna valley.
Had late lunch there, great ambience and wonderful service. Food was fresh, warm and tasted really good. Highly recommend the heavenly chocolate, even for adults. Grilled cheese sandwiches and the tuna stack are also a must try. We also had seafood chowder and quesadilla too.
This is the only place we go for lunch at Big White because food and service is amazing . Today had the best clam chowder ever and served by the amazing Natasha. Food is a little pricey but you can’t have exceptional food and service without paying a little extra.
It’s been a few years since we have been here, and we are glad we came back. Service is good, friendly and personable. Food is better than we remembered. Of particular note are the ribs, well braised and fall off the bone. The poutine is a substantial size and the Bao buns are top notch. Actually all the food we had hit the spot and it all came out in a reasonable time! We will be back before the end of the season. Thanks to the staff at the bullwheel, both front and back of house. It was a great meal and experience!
If u like ribs, and like a lot of ribs, then this is the place for them. A full rack and I couldn't finish em all. Big portion, fall of the bone tender, and delicious.
Had a lovely lunch today, steak sandwich cooked perfectly and even though it was extremely busy, the staff were friendly and attentive. 10/10 ♥️
Ski in ski out location. Service slow when busy. If your looking for a quick meal, come after the rush. Friendly service. Clam chowder soup, chicken noodle soup, and Caesar salad was all excellent. Steak sandwich needed some seasoning and was overcooked. This is one of the better places to eat in the village.
The atmosphere and the food are wonderful! We skied right to the front door to go in for a beverage. We sat down in front of the fireplace and enjoyed the duck wings and mussels (which were prepared to perfection) and a glass of Chardonnay. Absolutely Brilliant! We loved our server who was knowledgeable and super helpful!
Great food, Monday ribs are a must. Great service.
The Bull Wheel meal listed as Ribs was divine. The preparation, smoked meat and glazes were superlative. The ribs were served on fresh coleslaw and lightly toasted potatoes. Five stars and more.
