Was there for lunch yesterday ( probably about our tenth time going) and had the best food yet!! Loving the new menu!! We had the lobster Mac and cheese (to die for) and the foi gras tooped bratwurst with poutine in the side (also to die for) we also tried the wood buffalo blueberry vanilla beer and that was the best blueberry beer Ive ever tasted. The Beatles music played inside while the snow fell outside. PERFECT LUNCH
I went there yesterday evening with my friend Katrina. The atmosphere was amazing as soon as we walked in. Steve was there to greet us and had us laughing from then on. All the staff were amazing!! We sat on the patio and our server was Sydney she was an absolute Gem! We ordered the drink special and the Gluten Free Fish and Chips as Katrina has an intolerance to Gluten, it was beyond delicious. Steve also brought us a honey based mead that I can't say enough good things about! It's so amazing that you offer such great food for people with allergies. I highly recommend the restaurant! Thank you so much Chartier! We will be back as we have decided to make it a monthly ladies date!

The amazing evening started right from the moment we walked in.
Manager/hostess (Crystal) , confirmed our reservation and happily sat us at our perfect table for two. We were then promptly greeted by our server Hannah, who professionally introduced herself and took the time to explain the changes to their new spring menu (it was their first night on new menu). The food was spectacular, to say the least. Mushroom soup (new to the menu) was presented in a way you need to experience (not read). For entree's we ordered the Beef Bourguignon and the Sous-Vide Beef Tenderloi; delivered personally by chef Steve Brochu. Both entree's were delicious, and cooked to perfection. Add this amazing gem to your list; if you are in Edmonton, or surrounding area, it is VERY worth the drive. The staff, the atmosphere and the experience will bring us back for sure .
