We drove down from Toronto to this place just to have their burgers and it was totally worth it. The burgers were good, the fries can be improved but overall, one can have a great meal here.
We went for their Pizza burger, mushroom soup and a Bollywood Fire burger with a side of sesame potato fries. Pizza burger was good. So was mushroom soup. Bollywood Fire was actually great. I am not a fan of tall burgers but the flavors were great. Sesame potato fries were a little disappointment in terms of texture and seasoning. We didn't go for poutines for the same reason - if the fries are not good then one can't expect poutine to be great either.
I loved the sheer variety of burgers they have - you can always try something new on every visit. And they are all vegan!
The ambiance is great. They have a good seating capacity as well and the restaurant is quite bright with some great wall art.
Parking can be an issue since the street parking can sometimes be full. We had to park our car two streets away on a Sunday night since all the spots were packed.
My wife and I went to Boon Burger for lunch. My wife had the Thanksgiving burger. I had the Mariachi burger and we split a chilli cheeze fries. Enjoyed every bite of the meal. Seemed a bit pricey, but you are paying for organic ingredients. We will be back.
This Vegan burger bar is trendy and delicious. Perfect for a casual dinner date with a conscience and full of flavor. My first time in a place like this and definitely will come back.
Oh Boon Burger... your Greek burger is TO DIE FOR! Absolutely delicious, my friend and I were speechless. Please come to Toronto so I can have your burgers whenever I please. Very good, fresh, and love the innovative flavours!

by myself. I'm always impressed with the service and the tasty food. I'm not sure there is a burger on their menu I haven't tried. My favourites would have to be the Bombay talkie, the Buddha and boon burgers. If you're looking to impress your friends with vegan food, this is the place to start.
I've been here twice now, visiting from Mississauga on my way up north to Wasaga Beach and Collingwood. It is AMAZING. I loved both burgers that I tried on both occasions (the salsa burger and the backyard bbq burger). Super flavorful, great toppings. Will satisfy vegans and meat eaters alike! I also loved the chili fries. And they even have soft serve coconut milk ice cream. My only complaint is that there isn't a location closer to my home! Come to Mississauga, please!

The place to go if you're tired of the same old burger.. Let's face it, most hamburgers are the same old boring burger. Bun, meat patty, the usual toppings. Not at Boon Burger. They've taken the burger, made it healthy and cruelty free by making a hand made plant based patty and then came up with so many unique taste combinations it's going to take you 15 minutes just to decide which taste sensation you want to try today.
At my visit I chose the Rueben Burger. It's was a handful of deliciousness, from the black bean patty to the smokey bacun. (A bit light on the sauerkraut, but then I'm German so there can never be too much sauerkraut, and I'm sure if I had asked them to go heavy on it they would.) I can't wait to go and try the rest of them now. I look forward to the day when they find a good swiss cheese substitute, then the Rueben Burger would really live up to it's name. To drink I had a raspberry ice tea that was very refreshing and not so sickly sweet like you would normally get. It was good.
Overall, my only complaint really is that for the price, it would have been nice to have even a little tiny bit of a side included. A few fries, a dollop of coleslaw, some chips even.
I'll be back. And next time I'm bringing my friends.
Amazing!. Had our first experience at Boon tonight and have to say we were thrilled. The veggie burger was the best one I've ever had. We will definitely be regulars. Fresh and delicious!!!
I'm not vegan but the food served here wouldn't make you miss meat!. The burgers were tasty with lots of great texture and flavor. Many options to try off the menu. Generous on the sauces. Ask for their cashew sour cream sauce. As a family of 4, our meals cost us a little over $70. Tina was so personable and it made our experience dinning in more comfortable than what you normally get at a franchise restaurant. Will be back to try more options! 🙂

The food was ok. We ordered burgers with fries. We got falafel patties for our burgers and they were dry and completely fell apart. It was very hard to eat. All the food was very salty (the awesome sauce, patties and fries). We couldn’t finish it and we don’t have usually have an issue with salty foods when we go out. Gluten free bun was good.
The other thing was that there was smoke inside the restaurant and our eyes were burning.
Their VEGAN pizzas are just ... amazing! Also we have tried their deli options and I enjoyed most of them (some are just not my taste). Valian's is a great place to try foods with interesting vegan ingredients, that are too much hassle to make at home.
The best vegan restaurant you’ll find in the city, healthy and delicious without compromising your health or taste! Patties are made of actual real plant foods instead of wheat gluten dough that other restaurants like to use to mimic the “meat” I highly recommend this place it’s delicious!
I was in Barrie and saw that they had vegan ice cream and thought I would give it a try:) safe to say I’m very happy I did!! It is by far the best vegan iced cream I have every had! Their sandwiches are also amazing! The only downside is that they aren’t located closer to where I live! So I guess I’ll have to come to Barrie more often so I can get it again:) highly recommend to anyone who enjoys plant based food or has any intolerances like dairy:)
Great experience! Friendly staff, delicious food. My husband is not vegan, but he was satisfied as well. We will come back soon!
