Best authentic Chinese food We have ever tasted!! The Best Hot and sour soup ,made fresh and the BBQ steam pork buns are incredible! This one of the reasons I keep visiting Barkerville !

Food was good, egg roll amazing! Chow mein very authentic BC small town Chinese restaurant style. But what made me eat there twice was Reeves the host and server. He was so patient and good with my little boy, and second time when I had my cranky baby with me he was equally helpful. Wish the bean curd roll was vegetarian, but maybe next time! :)

That’ll do! Great first meal in Barkerville. We order these dishes in Vancouver all the time, so were pleasantly satisfied when they tasted better 🙂 sesame seeds were sprinkled on top of one of the noodle dishes - great touch! It sucks you have to ask for chopsticks though… like why would anyone eat with a fork and knife? Lol
