We stopped in for brunch at the vermillion room. The brunch had a huge variety of foods, vegetarian options as well. Pancakes were great, the fresh whip cream was absolutely amazing!

Visited The Vermillion room for Sunday brunch this weekend. Food and service was great overall. Many of the buffet items were replenished quickly. They had a breakfast pastry station, eggs to order, dessert station, carved beef and other hot dishes. One thing to note parking is expensive at The Banf
