My husband enjoyed their Gingerbread Latte and he enjoyed it as it was really subtlety sweet and it actually has the taste of gingerbread cookies – which was excellent! I love turtles. Love them. But I also know we can have straws that aren’t paper and still save them. So when these lovely and kind ladies said they had a plastic straw for me - this Starbucks was automatic 5 stars. And of course they were all very kind and the service was quick so nothing to complain about.

I came here today to grab a drink and a few merchandise for myself and for a gift and this super pretty girl at the till who took my order went above and beyond serving me, I didn’t catch her name but she had a nice accent :) She was super patient even if it was busy and she even offered to personally wrap my mug for more security. I ordered a venti strawberry coconut drink to go on my way to work and it was absolutely delicious. This is my first time coming to this Starbucks ever since I moved to Banff and reading the 1 star reviews kinda got me worried but I payed a visit anyways, turns out things aren’t always as they seem :-). I felt very welcomed and will most definitely be coming back

Love getting my 4-shot espresso with an extra shot of heavy cream. I use to have a sweet tooth but once I got on Plexus, I lost my sweet tooth. I still love the bitter taste of Starbucks though. This joint was well organized and clean. Everyone was adhering to Covid stuff so there was a small wait time.

The coffee is strong but bitter. They do need to work on how to make a goooood coffee not just a coffee. The shop was quiet at 8 but by 9.30 a queue is out the door. The shop is spacious with tables and benches, tables outside in the freah air. Staff are efficient amd friendly understand funny accents and the coffee arrives quickly.

I Never Was

Simple and fast service with more attention to detail than we expected given the location.
