Mark is such an accommodating and understanding host. He had a first aid kit when I fell, set up shuffle board to play, and recommended great food based on my dietary restrictions! The rooms are walking distance to the beach to the point where I could go back to the room to get towels, change, etc, and not worry. Clean, and perfect for a staycation. Felt like Mexico if you don’t leave the little block the resort is on! Gorgeous! Am looking to book again already. Thank

Mark has struck the perfect balance of being an accommodating host without being Intrusive. Our clean and comfy unit came with a well equipt kitchenette. Everything you need and literally 30 feet from a beautiful beach, and walking distance to go karting, mini putt, an arcade, restaurants, and sundry beach stores. The sunsets were stunning and the warmth Mark brings to his resort makes you feel like your visiting family. We will be back!
Great place to stay at, very friendly atmosphere and great people. ! Elegant and Comfy Studio Rooms are located litterly across the street from the beach ⛱️☺️. Mark is the best host and very accommodating. He has a dog name Charlie who is also a Gem.

Nice accommodation. the owner is really friendly and helpful. Room is neat and clean. The room is not big but basically, there are everything you need. Driving for about 15 minutes to Midland. The resort view is beautiful. Beach is in front of the room. It's smaller but much quieter and less crowd than wasaga beach. Our stay was very relaxing and clam. Will definitely come back next time.
The owner, Mark is a super guy. Took great care of us. We came in late and he made sure the BBQ was ready and setup lights for us. Rooms are tidy and neat. Water treatment isn't great, but he provided us with clean drinking water which was very nice of him. I would recommend this place :)
Spent the long weekend here Aug 4th to Aug 6th 2018. Mark the owner is super nice and we got to meet Charlie (his dog that we read about from previous reviews). Very clean room and very friendly service make for an awesome stay! Balm beach is a beautiful hidden gem. Highly recommend checking this place out if your thinking about it.
Love this beach...been going here for years. Remember to pay for parking as they're quick to issue tickets up to $ 50. There's also a lot of kids...so if you're looking for a more quieter spot. Not going to happen. Also bring water shoes as there's quite a bit of rock under the water before you get to the sandy part. Cheers beachbums.
Rooms were newly renovated and cleaned. Bedsheets were fresh and felt amazing. The owner was very accommodating and the views in the morning were breathtaking. Definitely planning to revisit again in the future.
