I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons since it opened up. Over the years the service has been amazing, not so great and terrible (and the food was the same). Fortunately over the past two years I’ve really noticed a big difference in the service and quality. I’ve enjoyed going for a quick coffee and having a lunch date with my girlfriend. I’ve been able to recommend it more, and have stopped telling people to avoid it as a whole. Great job to the staff; I look forward to seeing even more improvements moving forward!
Great Tim's, very friendly staff, they had everything we wanted. The outdoor patio was okay. I say that because there were so many newspapers blowing around out there, and 3 different staff members came out and didn't clean them up. Other than that, it was great.
Countryside and best Chai tea latte, it was memorable and fun there.

This is the best run and friendly Tim Hortons I have visited in a while. The staff were eager to help, friendly and very sociable. The location was well staffed and quick to serve at the counter.
i went today in the drive thru around 10:30 and the lady who took my order was very kind and patient. the guy who i met at the window was very polite and called me mam many times. food was also really good and probably best tims customer service ive had.
My go to place whenever i am in the Ayr region. It's a rare sight in this place and you find this Tims only while you enter or about to exit from the area. The place is not crowded, so you get the order quite fast even if you walkin. Staff are usually polite and you get what you order in terms of food or drink preparation.
