We happened to be near Wimpy's at dinner time on a Monday and we stopped in. Monday's special is All U Can Eat Fish & Chips, with slaw, for $8.69. This was one of the rare occasions that SWMBO and I ordered the same thing. We also both did an uplift to onion rings for $0.80 each, since we both like Wimpy's onion rings.

Each plate came with two good size pieces of beer battered white fish. Apparently tonight's fish was some kind of Alaskan. I was okay with the fish, but SWMBO thought it was a bit too oily for her liking. Even though it was AYCE, we stopped at the two pieces; for us it was more than enough.

Service was pretty fast and efficient, and the server kept tabs on us a couple of times.
