Nice, clean and consistent. Should lose the “occupy” seats. People sit in them for too long and seem to get overly comfortable and never leave. It’s a cafe, not a living room. Plenty of parking and a nice outdoor patio.

Always friendly staff, quickly filling orders and the atmosphere is perfect for studying. I spent a good 2-3 months here for many hours of the day, and it was always pleasurable and never too busy to get work done. As well, they have the specific reserve speciality coffee here with the Clover Brewing System which is quite floral and tasty dependent on the brew. Highly recommend.
