The people, the service, the Greek!!
Rendezvous Restaurant is a trendy Greek restaurant. Its salad dressing is even available in stores. The food here is delicious, but they reduced the portions in recent years whilst keeping the same prices. Even though the prices are fairly low for a Greek restaurant, most of the prices are still beyond my price range, especially if you can find similar products for less elsewhere. I recommend this place for special occasions only.

My fiancee, our two year-old, and I chose Rendezvous from a 4.2 Google review that claimed it was "good for kids". The prices on the menu made me sceptical, but my fiancee had already set her heart on the calamari dinner, so we went anyway.
The only reason I didn't rate this restaurant a 5 was the lack of any kind of high chair or booster seat, and the cold seeping in from the tall windows.
Our server was friendly, efficient, and quickly corrected the one and only error made all night. She didn't hover too long or ignore us at all, and our drinks and food came out very quickly.
I had the steak and lasagne special, ordered medium rare, closer to rare. The steak was done exactly the way I ordered it and felt as if it had rested properly, too. I'm not a big lasagne fan, and I know restaurant lasagne is a different breed, but I loved it. The noodles weren't mush and the sauce was pleasant.
My fiancee had the calamari dinner, and it was crispy on the outside and just perfect on the inside. None of the vegetables were overcooked, and the Greek salad was different in the best way.
My toddler had the kids fish and chips and both the fries and fish were some of the best I've ever had. I wasn't a fan of the tartar sauce, but it still tasted fresh.
Not the cheapest place to eat, but worth every penny.
