Service is always great here, accurate orders at the drive through, (though, layout kinda sucks due to no way to go north on hwy 27)

I absolutely hate coming here, its the only one thats close.... takes 20 minutes for a bagel with butter and the staff are slow and have no clue what time management is or how to multitask.
Horrible Horrible I've been coming to location since it open. Don't know what happened but the service is disgusting, slow, the mistakes are insane. Always have to go back inside and return my coffee. Drive thru wait time is 1 hour or more and if go inside more than 1 hour to be served.. the manage

The night shift is very bad and slow. I need a quarter of an hour or more just to take the order. This is equivalent to half my break time.
