Review Topper's Pizza - Woodbridge

Was there for a online order on Friday Aug. 25/17. I ordered the pizza and was at the store in 15 minutes. I thought that it was strange that it was ready so soon. It never is under 20-25 minutes from order time. Didn't think anything about it until I got home and opened it up. It was cold and the box was soaked with grease. I phoned them and there wasn't a manager available to speak to me. I think the pizza might have been prepared for someone else that didn't pick it up so they doctored it up for me. It was total GARBAGE ! This was the THIRD TIME I have had a problem with this location. The last time there was a regional manager in the store and he backpedaled and made all kinds of excuses why my pizza wasn't ready after 30 minutes and gave me a $5.00 discount coupon for my next order. The staff at this location haven't got a clue how to run this store. Where on a Friday night at a pizza joint at 5:30 pm do you find not one customer in the store but me picking up COLD DRIPPING GREASY pizza. I got home and my wife flipped out. Amazing Garlic bread, I love it, the pizza is awesome, must visit place, fast, clean and friendly staff. They have only pick up not sitting arrangement. They also have Special Indian style Pizza too.

Great pizza and deals, especially on Tuesday. High quality toppings but a fair price as well. Constantly good. Recently they have removed the delivery charge.

Great pizza, hopefully new owners make it the same way... Similar to PIzza Hut but not as oily. Been closed for a while, just waiting for them to open up again. When???

We bought extra large Pizza. Disappointed. Ordered well done and spicy. But we got soggy pizza and not spicy at all. Poor quality and no test at all.

It is very unfortunate this location is closed. Other than that Toppers Pizza has the best garlic dip and the best breadsticks. When the pizza is made with love and care it is very fantastic.

Amazing pizza!! And the staff was great too! So sad to see it's permanently closed.. Breaks my pizza loving heart #heartbroken #comeback!

Called on Sunday night July 3rd and remained on hold for more than 10 minutes listening to endless adverts on their specials , toppings etc. Extremely annoying. Decided to go elsewhere and happy we did.
