Review Tim Hortons - Woodbridge

The lady named Pooja at the drive thru was very rude when I asked her to change my lid on the coffee. I only asked because she had given what I believe was my coffee to the car infront accidently and i seen him return it back to her. He was finger deep in his nose in the drive thru so I did not want to take anything that has someones nose drippings on it. She raised her voice at me and refused to change the lid and closed the window on me. She gave me the coffee and rushed me away I don't know if she changed the lid or not coffee will probably go to waste. Not sure if I will visit this location again.

Disappointing Bacon breakfast sandwich; got it with half the top bread missing. At least double check before handing it to the customer. Low quality and lack of effort in prepping food.

I’m sorry to write this , but this is one of the worst branch of Tim’s , they don’t treat customer properly , super slow , doesn’t matter what the time is . I got a farmer’s wrap this morning , half of it was empty , really spoiled my morning.

Rude staff, gave me a wrap with Bacon in it, i didnt realized until i was half done and i am a Muslim! I felt violated and abused almost since i put blind trust in them to provide us with food that we actually requested!

Staff is so rude, ordered a chocolate creamy chill, which was worst. like a cup of water containing chocolate syrup and little bit of whipped cream, which is running in cup. Really their service is so poor, few days ago, i ordered a iced cap got iced coffee 🙄. i am giving one star if possible i will give zero star. 👎👎 again today, rude staff, they were just talking with each other, like making fun of us, even while serving, she was not Wearing her mask, 🙄

Horrible just horrible. Workers are rude. They roll your eyes at you. I confirmed with the workers 3 times and the monitor clearly showcased my order right but they gave me the wrong order with watery ice capps. I ordered a farmers wrap. The screen clearly stated farmers wrap. I got a cold, stale egg and cheese biscuit...

Every time I visit here they never let me down. They have a good team of hard-working staff and I like the fact that they say I'll be with you in a moment
