The customer service and product is fine. But this is without a doubt the filthiest Tim Horton’s I have ever entered.

Just bought a everything bagel with creamy cheese, and cheese wasn't enough, less than that supposed to be... The only thing I can do is not coming to this branch...
I went to the washroom, and noticed that it was low on toilet paper. I informed the staff, then I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps (buy one get one free discount from the app) and an extra large double double (free coffee because I had 75 points in the app). The bill was reduced from $16.30 to $7
they make best ham and cheddar very fresh!
